Quick one dude... You mention that you don't drop the weight and intensity in your training coming into the last stretch of prep. Also, you mention that you just adjust your body in that time. What do you mean by adjusting your body? Videos are quite cool... Keep it up💪🏼👊🏼

Keep the weight heavy and intensity high but just slightly adjust volume 👍
