Ingredients:
50 Dried Bombay Ducks
2 Tablespoons Coriander Seeds
25 to 30 Dried Red Kashmiri Chillies
1 Tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste
2 Tablespoons Red Kashmiri Chilly Powder
2 Median Size Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder or Whole Pepper Corn
1 Tablespoon Jeera
6 Cardamom
20 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Tablespoon Anise Seeds or Fenchel Seeds
1.5 Tablespoons Mustard Seeds
700ml Vinegar
2 Cups Oil
100g Jaggery
-100g Sugar

When I was in Pune, we used to get Kola's vinegar, which I always used for pickles. Maybe not available nowadays. Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe.
