Ingredients:
1L Full Fat Milk
200g Mawa
3 Tablespoons Cornflower
100g Fresh Cream
30g Cashew Nuts
30g Pistachios
30g Almonds
30g Sultana
30g Charoli
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Teaspoon Powder Cardamom & Nutmeg
8 Eggs
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
400g Condensed Milk

Also I would like to request you to please make a video on the red chicken that is served usually as the first dish on a lagan nu patru. I cannot seem to find the recipe anywhere. Beli daaarling I always made this custard by boiling. Milk n sugar n add eggs when cool .but your custard has v rich ingredient n I shall now make it uour way. Thnx

I was into loving custrd in class 6, 7. Then trying at home to make, adding fruits then fathr figure person told mix fruits to custrd gravy in bkender then blended thick custrd hav it. How it is? Sweet gravy base?

I am unable to cut the lagan nu custard into nice pieces. Can u guide me. Thank u.

Please bake the custard well and after it has cooled down a bit place it in a fridge till it is nicely chilled. I would then recommend to cut the custard with the help of a wooden or metal ruler. This way you will be able to cut nice square pieces. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately there is not. I know you will find recipes online claiming to have a way of making it without the egg but this will taste completely different. Sorry to disappoint you. Thank you for watching my videos.

Nowhere do you mention quantity of sugar or condensed milk anywhere in your ingredients list. Do rectify that it's very confusing. Also using brown sugar will gi e colour and reduce time to remelt caramaliesd sugar Regards Pervin
