Thanks for another great installment! Just with regards to the dichotomy of reading vs knitting, particularly for a real book (as opposed to kindle) if you've got some easy knitting, I really enjoy my book gimble so I can read and knit at the same time! Hope progress is made on whatever you choose to work on 🙂

I got that book from my library and I enjoyed it! It's more conversational in tone compared to other nonfiction books, which makes it easier to read imo. However, I think that means it also wasn't as full of hard facts as I might have wished. Love the video, as always!

Hi Martyn, I am so jealous that you are seeing P!nk. It just wasn't an option for me, but wow does she put on a show. I took my girls when they where either just teens or close too. Just looked and it was 2002! Feel really old now. 😆 She puts on an a fabulous show. Seen her maybe four, five times. I refreshed your Pride total on Saturday morning and huge congratulations Martyn. Hi Martin, ❤️ your gradient shawl. Mine is in blues, with a touch of sparkle on the last section - ready for blocking. Regarding your dropped stitches - I just put a safety pin through the tightening hole in the end of the needles. One pin can go through both needles 😃

Very glad you collected so much money for Pride month !!! What a great community ! I am working on a long awaiting wip, the Vanilla Affogato which was put aside last fall because of gift knitting, and then baby knitting. I wanted to wear it this spring, but weather is getting warmer, At least it will bw finished for next fall. As you say, it will all get done ...

Hiya Martyn. I love your videos. Currently, I have just over 20 hours into knitting a marled Bluebird scarf (a free pattern on Ravelry by Breean Eylse Miller, using two sock yarns from Expression Fiber Arts that pair beautifully. One is a tonal lavender and the other is a variegated that has the same lavender color in it. Also, on the needles is the second wing for my first Emotional Support Chicken, but I haven't really worked on it since the scarf is taking up my free time attention. It's great that your Pride Draw for Pride Month is doing so well. Congratulations!
