Welcome to episode 97, Today we have Corey on the podcast, sharing his exciting plans for the next few months. Corey is gearing up to head back to the States in May after recovering from two ankle surgeries here in Australia. He'll be spending a week in LA at the Red Bull High Performance Center before moving on to his second home in Orlando, Florida, for four months of intense training.
Corey's main focus is on getting back to peak fitness and preparing for a big event on the Gold Coast - the World Championships. This event is his ultimate goal for the year, and he's determined to win it. He'll be back in Australia around August/September to compete in the last stop of the world tour and give his all in the championship.
After the season wraps up, Corey plans to take a couple of months off before starting preseason training again in December.
