When I opened this side panel, I had a small black plastic piece just sort of sitting there. It may be why I was getting the “jam” error. 🤷🏻♀️ Not sure if there’s a piece you noticed that you had to put back before you closed up? 🧐
Thank you I’m going to check because I have the same issue going on with a 3850, and Best Buy is going to charge $100 for the geek squad to come out when I just bought the printer less than three months ago. I’m not paying that so I said what if I bring it in. He said then I’ll see what may be the issue. So I said if they can’t figure out the issue then what. He said then they’ll have to see if it’s under warranty. OK so my problem is it definitely should be in the warranty because I just got it. So he was kind of getting on my nerves
Hey, random question about the printer not related to your video. But I just got one of these printers and I’m having an error about removing all protective materials from inside the scanner. I have removed all materials and can’t find anymore. Do have any knowledge or advice on this error?
