Hey there, transport is super easy if the machine will not disconnected for more than a week or so. Lock the platen with the shipping lock we removed during set up, plug the waste tube ports with the included rubber stoppers and keep the machine level. If you cannot keep the keep the machine level, tilt vertically with the printhead on the bottom (EPSON LOGO DOWN) so that it is not in risk of falling from an elevated position inside the machine.

Are you guys under a exclusivity deal with epson? If never see you guys speak about brother gtx or actual production level machines like Kornit machines.
Hello, I believe Kornit has exclusivity on selling their own product and we do offer ink for the Brother line of DTG. That being said, for hardware we prefer to align ourselves with companies who take the approach Epson does in regards to support and standing behind their products:)
No daily maintenance thanks to the inline cleaning solution pouch right next to the ink, weekly cleaning the capping station. That's basically it. Does NOT need to be running daily and can be left turned off days on end, no problem.
Have you seen what a DTF print ends up costing per sheet when printed with Epson DTG? Full coverage sheet, 14" x 16" estimated at $1.62 and that is rounding up the ink price on the color cartridges to the price of the white cartridge. The cost per print is quite low
When you throw in the fact that the Epson DTG printer will involve considerable less maintenance and attention for operation we see this as a big win. The thing is you are buying 600ml of ink at a time per cartridge but the print itself will use less than 5ml. On the new printer using 800ml pouches the cost per print will drop even lower!
La tinta es carisima y los blancos hace limpieza cada poco y vuela,los nuevos cartuchos tienen 800 ml pero a mas coste con lo cual es lo mismo que los de 600ml
Hola, la tinta tiene un precio por la cantidad en cada contenedor, el costo real por impresión es bastante bajo, pero recibe una gran cantidad de cada color por contenedor.
