Like the Rock n' Roll Atmosphere program thing was probably added by lil' bro Geppie because he secretly loves his big sister's music and wants to support her but is a little scared to show it because he has to look professional 😭
Noticed you did some of the companion quests off screen. I can’t speak for everyone, but I don’t mind watching the companion quests. Even some of the regular quests are pretty interesting as well as the events/mini games. If you’re going to do them you might as well record and upload (although I guess the algorithm might be another factor to account for). But even if you don’t post all of them I hope you post the more interesting ones (Kafka, Argenti, March, Dang Heng, and tbh I’ve forgotten since it’s been ages since I’ve played them).
So, as a quick overview in case you haven't figured it out in the meantime: - Golden Calyxes give EXP material (character and Light cones) - Red Calyxes give trace material - Caverns give relics body relics - Simulated universe gives planar relics - Shadows give ascension materials - Echoes give advanced trace materials All of those also give Trailblazer EXP, but require stamina (called "trailblaze power" in this game). Stamina caps at 240 and regenerates over time. Drops are affected by your Equilibrium level: the higher the level, the stronger the enemies, the better the drops. This is what you would essentially farm as part of your dailies to build your teams. It's not, however, needed to "properly" build your teams while you play through the story: as long as you keep your characters, light cones, and traces leveled you should have no problem beating enemies and bosses. Other than that, the other big EXP source is side quests: you have blue quests that are mostly for world building, and purple quests that relate to a specific character.
By the way, If you want, you can upload training/grinding montages, that way we can see what mechanics or tactics you discover and see you improve upon them. And for the love of god, I know this is recorded in advance but I'm hoping you didn't let any more side quests accumulate, because god dayum, they ARE long and they include key points for the story some times, I recommend doing them. Also, simulated universe is extremely boring in the first two worlds, but it becomes interesting by the third. Edit: I think I might sound very imposing, and I apologize in advance if I do, not telling you how to play/enjoy the game, but some of the things I'm telling you are things I wish someone else had told me when I first started. Especially the side quests part, there are way too many, the blue ones are oftentimes boring, but the purple/gold side missions are really good.
THIS what we meant by hard, Star Rail is a hard game due to the nature of turn-based combat. Passing Equilibrium trials gonna make the world hard af if you don't know what you are doing.
@@Grimm196 nah every main story boss except the last one of penacony have been nerfed multiple times. the final one for belabog was nerfed twice and the mandatory character had stats and level also buffed as well. it was nerfed enough that they can solo it if you wanted. the gambler was nerfed twice already and it won't surprise me if he gets nerfed again in 3.0+ cause that's how they seem to do things, keep making older content easier and easier for new players. only up to date players get to experience the new bosses in their worst form.

Landau's names are based of real man - Lev Landau, soviet scientist. His name Lev literally means lion. And Gepard and Serval are big cats also. Ur pronunciation of their names is kinda close to russian, so you are more right than en voicelines if this makes sense.
Those recipes that you can find throughout the world, they are for craftables that can help you in battles. So it is a good thing to collect them. Sampo is one of my fave characters too.

For the skill lv up, on the top right corner there is a button that say "recommended" clicking on it will show you what is the priority when upgrading skill based on how the average of player upgrade. You could also use "game's tools" in the bottom of the menue, it show the better artefact and LC for each character.
There are some fights you can avoid by picking the right dialogs but I don't think Svarog is one of those. I picked different choices from yours and I've seen pick others too and they all end up with a fight. It's a canon event 😅

The simulated universe is meh for the first 2 worlds/levels the first time you do them, but it really picks up after that, also one kind of relics (the planar ortiments, the ones in the center of the relics screen) can only be found in the simulated universe
You already had 4 star light cones why are you still not equipping them though? Also you should already upgrade your traces or your only throwing your skill and ultimate for nothing, you should at least read the traces effects no need to find guides for that when your still in the early stages. Right now you should prioritizing in upgrading traces everytime you max out in lvl and don't forget to equip your 4 star light cones.

Bronya and Seele both were characters from all the way back in Houkai Gakuen 2, but more notably from Honkai Impact 3rd. The characters are 'Varients' of the ones in HI3rd, being alternate universe version of them. They had a different dynamic there, with Seele being more reserved and Bronya being the stronger of the two. But, in every world, the two of them are always 'very' close friends, having lived together at Cocolia's Orphanage. In the HI3rd manga "Azure Waters", Seele even kisses Bronya before they're separated, saying that she has to return the kiss when they meet again.

probably at this point you already pass the belobog history, but is allways nice to now this. every path have is own taunt value, wich make that enemies in their rolls where they decide to be dumb (there other rolls where they decide to attack the weak characters, case in point tingyun is always the character with lower stats), they decide to attack characters based on paths, and the odd are the follow: Preservation (150%) Destruction (125%) Nihility (100%) Abundance (100%) Harmony (100%) Herudition (75%) Hunt (75%) wich means that if a enemy choose to use a AoE attack is better to have the preservation and destruction (bulky characters) characters far from the hunt and erudition (frail characters) characters to mitigate inesesary damage finally March's Shield have the propety of increasing the taunt value of the shielder character, so she work better shielding destruction characters than erudition and hunt (heck even she shielding herself is a good idea) Lynx also do that but only in preservation and destruction characters lets see if this sink in Loufu
For traces there is no "building", the goal at the end is just to max out all of them. They do get pretty expensive near the end so usually u prioritize which ones u want to max out first. This early in the game just upgrade whatever one, they're cheap and have no drawbacks.
Donny you should try and find some wanted posters around belobog! It's funny, and I won't spoil much but Gepard drew them! You should see how Danheng, March, Caelus and Sampo look like in those wanted posters! 😂 i assure it'll be worth your time

The Memoir is a collection of some old events that you can still play, without the limited time rewards. They still give pretty good amount of jades. I need to see you playing Origami Bird Clash kkkkkk
I can tell based on your journal that one of the quests you did off-screen was the first part of Natasha's character quest. I really hope you record the second one, it's one of the most emotionally impactful quests in the game imo. In general I'd recommend recording all the character quests & especially the trailblaze continuance quests (I think if you finished Belobog already you probably unlocked one of them? I don't remember when exactly I unlocked it, it might be tied to equilibrium level), that's where like 50% of The Good Stuff™ is, story-wise. Honestly, a lot of the side quests are also really good, but I kind of get why you skip over them.

Hey man, I'm enjoying your playthrough a lot but could you maybe not skip almost all dialogue? You don't have to hurry, people will still watch early game content because the story is very good. It just seems like a waste that you're missing out on so much extra stuff (like the guards' conversations on the way to Dunn - they're fans of Serval) and the emotions that voice actors put into their work. Ofc play however you want, I just think you could be having more fun, is all :)
The amount of irritation felt when he didnt collect the stellar jades 2:27. Being a past serval + bailu main (I used them to beat the hell out of gepard in su) I love both serval and bailu appreciation because usually bailu gets slandered for not having cleanse. and.... E Q U I L I B R I U M.
i use 2x speed for whole time (for 1 year i guess ?), but this few weeks i feelin dizzy playin this game, and i realize its because the motion sickness, so i start to use normal speed. i Suggest you using normal speed before u get your motion sickness aswell.. this game just have too much visual effect.
