This might seem to be an odd question but what's your height? I'm just about 6"1 and im curious if the head rest is too short

I am 5' 6" - the head rest has a good amount of mobility to adjust to different heights.

avsthvtic yeah. I use my chair all the time and i love it a lot. i was skeptical when i first got it cause i wasn’t finding it too comfortable. you just need to adjust it to your liking

Having put together office chairs from a number of manufacturers over the past 25 years, most are vague, at least I haven't found a good one yet, though I've not put together any Herman Millers or anything priced over $500

@@LS-vf4df So glad someone asked me this. So, I'm roughly a bit over a month in since this arrived and I couldn't be happier. For some clarity, I'm 6'3" and roughly 250lbs. The cushion is much more comfortable than expected, considering this seems to be the biggest gripe people have with this model. I can only assume that the people complaining are heavier than myself, because otherwise there's no way someone could complain. I literally sit in this for no less than 14 hours a day (IT/Professional nerd) and there's not a moment where I feel uncomfortable. So there's definitely no room for complaints on my end in terms of the seat comfort. Everything else with this chair exceeded my expectations as well, so if you're considering this chair, I can easily say, buy it without worry. It's the best chair I've owned. Period.

I sometimes need to sit for 2 hrs straight.. sometimes more.. so for me that's the most important feature. is the neck rest ok? I never had a chair with one like that.. if I dont want to use it I can push it out of the way if i need to right?

@@LS-vf4df You definitely ended up talking to the right person, because I have back issues as well. I herniated the disks in my back years ago in the Army and that injury has plagued my life ever since. I've previously used "high end" lumbar cushions intended for "racing chairs/car seats" and they did the job, but the difference the built in lumbar support this chair has is incredible. Those memory foam lumbar supports simply aren't needed anymore. It's amazing the difference adjustability makes! Usually, with memory foam lumbar cushions I've used, they're great, but since they're a "one size fits all", they lack adjustment. So, considering everyone is different, they only work so well. Since there's a massive amount of adjustability with the built in lumbar support, as well as seat depth adjustability for Autonomous Ergo chair 2, the levels of precise adjustment for my disks were surprisingly accurate. The support they've both provided combined have essentially removed my day to day back issues. I'll always have disks that are easily herniated, but I'll never have to worry about my desk chair creating them every again and I can't say that about any chair I've ever had previously. The neck rest is great. It's highly adjustable, but what's even better is that if you can remove it if needed, but I doubt that would be needed. It's so adjustable, that if you don't really use it, you can just adjust it out of the way, so it never touches your head. It's great to use from time to time when you need a bit of pressure reduction at the base of your neck/skull. I had quite a few worries when initially following through with my Autonomous Ergo chair 2 purchase. It's more than I would usually spend on a desk chair and of course, reviews on youtube, as well as on the internet in a whole these days can easily be deceiving. So many people are getting theirs free for their review. So even though "paid promotions" must be stated, it still leaves that one element that they didn't actually have to pay for it, so their perspective can be skewed. I can whole heartedly say that the reviewer of this video @Maneetpaul Singh really couldn't have been more honest. Anyways, feel free to message, I don't mind answeing anything else that might be on your mind. Anyways, have a good one man and good luck!

Any updates???

Took 5 weeks to receive my chair. Overall I’m very satisfied with the comfort and quality. My only suggestions for improvement are sturdier arm rests and levers for the adjustments. Also hopefully once the virus subsides chairs don’t take 5 weeks to arrive....but overall I would recommend the Ergo Chair 2.

Olá Pedro. Im also from Portugal and i got mine yesterday after a months waiting. Chair feels a little flimsy on some parts like the wheels and armrests, but its realy confortable, crazy adjustable and awesome for hot weather as its very breathable. For its price of 320 euros its a bargain, selling my noblechair wich is more expensive but muchhhhhh less confortable with no dougts.

@@nitinkakkar99999 Yes, Nitin but had to follow-up a lot with Autonomous team to get it. its a long story. First Autonomus was irresponsible for sending the package after 26 days without the phone number so my chair was not delivered. Autonomous customer service is very bad.. customer service phone wasn't working. So had to chat and wait time for getting a representative was minimum of 3 hours and if you don't keep pinging on the chat it disconnects you and you have to restart again so another 3 hours of wait. Once I got hold of them, they were also not able to get any information from FedEx and filed claim of lost package with FedEx and then ordered replacement which was also messed up I kept on following up with FedEx on where is my package they kept on saying out for delivery but was never delivered and updated the status as ready fo pickup from fedex location. So it was really painful again to get hold of fedex team to get the location and ask them to hold on that location and I had to go and pickup personally. Keep in mind Package is heavy. Now talking about Chair it is good and worth a wait but VERY VERY POOR customer service and they have experience of handling too many orders and they too many unsatisfied customers. Final words received chair after 48 days.
