So glad you're posting these!🙏 There are so many ignorant fools still defending their pedo parents and saying the brothers did it for the money and deserve to stay in prison. They haven't even seen the trial so they think there's no evidence of abuse :(
Respectfully, I know that their lawyer is trying to support their case with these questions but some are abrasive. She could have reframed “sex” as “rape” (the actual case), and explored more on the trauma that both brothers went through. At times the questioning feels condescending. Particularly the “did you try to stop him?” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!
I think that he went through a lot and with all these questions make his trauma bigger. Hel really needs a long therapy because of the sexual abuse he had for many years
I have mixed feelings about that film but tbh I do not like the scene at the end much at all it’s such a softened version of the actual events that took place not saying they should have shown what exactly happened as it’s very disturbing and this film was clearly trying to show the abuse in a toned down fashion but Jose hugging Erik after he told him no to the m*lestation is just so false and would never happen they could have had him continue to shout rather than that it’s not realistic
