Tje match vs Dave was spectacular too, but ghe facr that Vitaly was not ok with his Shoulder took apart a lot of hype for me, i like a lot more this match beacause he say that he has solved all his problem and he feel the strongest Vitaly ever 😀
my god that last hit from ermes was a blast he literally threw vitaly off the pad...what an incredible display of strength this is the reason armwreslters are different breed , best on the planet in terms of hand strength
Unbelievable strength from Ermes. ... Jesus christ is that man an animal. I was hoping to see Vitaly transition way faster. A shoulder press from Vitaly would be awesome behind his ready-go speed.
I hope you upload footages of all rounds once they officially relase the videos on youtube. Videos from these angles are really great and give a different perspective to the matches. Thanks, Matt !!! You earned a subscriber 😊
@@aryanrudra24 no offence caused mate. All matches go on my channel, the other channels both have some of them. In future I will get more extra video from this angle now I know many people like it.
the thing that makes it special is not the strength, the thing that makes it special, and I would say unique, is the extremely long lever combined with an absurd speed. a person with those levers and that speed is incredible, plus obviously there is the strength but it is not the main characteristic. Saturday's match, however, is certainly Vitaly's strongest ever, to give you an idea it has nothing to do with what Chaffee faced, as Viraly himself said. For me he is 4th in the world behind Gasparini, Devon and Levan and ahead of Georgi.
@@salvocampoli если бы Виталик посвящал всё своё время тренировкам, а не разрывался между работой дальнобойщиком (которая отнимает у него очень много времени) и армрестлингом, то, я думаю, он бы входил как минимум в тройку лучших, если не выше.
Dubai is a soulless place. Money don't buy passion of the people. But it's fine, armwrestling is a sport that needs financing so thank God there's Dubai. Nonetheless we know that in countries like USA, Canada, Italy, any ex URRS country etc. those spots would be full of people. There are no big international events in Italy (where I am from) but even if you see a national or regional tournament, even in minor cities, you will find more people than here in this video.
Ermes is superior in everything in terms of fundamental strength, his back pressure is monstrous, but Vitaly is also strong but his best weapon is speed. Precisely Laletin's great speed and his very long levers made me doubt Ermes, my thought was this "3 months are not enough to grow enough with lifts, wrists, hand etc. and he suffers a lot from long levers, which is why he will lose" , but I was totally wrong, this guy is awesome. Now he has to stay calm and not call Devon, he has to continue this specific training and call Devon in November or December, so he will have his revenge. The future is in his hands, he just needs to avoid getting injured.
@@yannickcolot2319 side pressure is not the best movement for Ermes, (i think that the fact that he is not born as a superheavyweight matterx a lot), his principal strenght is the back pressure that can stop even Levan. But look when Ermes stop the match, Vitaly has no response, he can't do anything.
@@arhael3594 Ermes himself said he would probably lose to this Vitaly if it wasn't for his recent training (only 3 months of rise, pronation and cup, wait after another 6 months )
Ermes definitely needed that hand strenght. In particular rising. With a weakens Cupping and pronation he could have won. But without that rising he would not be able to win
@@TheBrocktonBlockbust Yeah after Devon match Ermes understood he needed to train his wrist again. Devon and Vitaly have the longest arms in the world top 15, so sooner or later Ermes would have learnt "this lesson". He was sure he didn't need to train his wrist because he thought to have the best wrist in the world. Maybe it's true but of course even if you're the best and don't train the wrist for years you risk to lose against another top but trained wrist.
I think thats the angle audience needs too. In person audience, i see people looking at the screens cuz they can't see the actual armwrestling. On broadcast they could put a small screen at the top-corner or something showing top view, or atleast in replay
@@Hiccupocalypse indeed that would be super cool to have multiple viewing angles. Imagine something like F1 does where YOU can switch to different views. Difficult to put in place but when it works, that’s super cool
Ermes is here among the best athletes because of the lesson taught in the old match with Vitaly at the Larry wheels Dubai Gym and, then, he won the second match because of the lesson taught with Devon… his power is in the mind, not only in the muscles…
Vitalik's toproll is very scary for many even heavyweight athletes, but Ermes' wrist strength has really improved since imitating Devon Larrat's training style.....thanks to Devon Larrat who is always an inspiration
I like KOTT, but it's actually disappointing as hell to see an event like this have empty seats and next to no fans cheering. Just put KOTT in the US instead, or Canada. Can you imagine if Devon pulled Georgi in Canada? There would be so many fans in attendance.
