Error Code C02: No water drain 

When using a Hitachi washing machine and encounter error code C02: No water drain, please pause the machine, then check:
Is the drain hose clogged or the pump blocked?
Is the drain hose bent?
Is the drain hose properly installed at the appropriate height?
Then, press Start again.
