I just got my GED so I can go to a 2 year then transfer to a university and I feel sad for him bc of all the stuff he’s gonna have to learn and the years he has to catch up with bc in the state of Georgia,we have to get tested in all subjects at up to an 11th grade level . Idk If it was any easier or not for him but hopefully so. Bless his heart

Sugacoatme this is Lorin’s gf. Nope still doesn’t like t shirts. I got him one for Christmas and he will only wear it under his work shirts 😂😂. We are really happy together and he’s working as a diesel mechanic which is his dream job thanks for your support ❤️😊

I'm so obsessed with this show. I've just recently started watching so I'm playing catch up. Not only did these ladies escape but decided to help others get out when they didn't have to. I still don't quite understand how they are smart enough to leave and others not? Great work ladies! Let it up to women to clean up the mess of men.

I first learned about the FLDS after reading Elissa Walls autobiography. I’m so glad that people are able to get out. I don’t think there are as many men trying to get out.

There are actually just as many men getting out as women, More actually, it’s just easier for the men to get out then the women. Not all of us men from there are evil pedophiles. It kills me that they make it so hard for the women.

@Holly Shue - But remember the Lost Boys who Warren Jeffs forces out of the community. Families are ordered to drive their teenage boys away from town and just let them out on the side of the road, to sink or swim on their own. Parents who refuse are labeled "disobedient". This is how older men are able to collect so many young wives, because the young men their own age are forced out. Fortunately there are networks of concerned people to help these young guys, too. But some of them get caught up in drugs, alcohol and crime.

It’s sad they are allowed to destroy their children’s lives just because of a “religion” which is clearly made up and basically a cult. It’s also so sad that if you leave the church your family has to drop you. That’s how they keep you. So sad. I hope for the best for this young lad edit: thank god for the people who try to help them out of this terrible situation!

That's the second time I hear when he mention he only swam in his clothes the first time I heard it its when from a young woman I think her name is Yolanda (who's also from the same group of Lorin,) I think she said that whenever she and other girls went swimming they never took off their clothes. it really breaks my heart when any type of fun is ban and they must start working in young age.
