I don't think first story teller had anything to be ashamed of. Many people with disabilities are still mentally healthy and are sexual people. They lack physical ability but still crave social contact, love and sexual excitement. The body may fail, the mind and body are still willing and able with help, but other people just aren't attracted to them. So they pay for services. I've worked in disability and found that the people who provide these services - time, companionship, intimacy, and sex are often the most beautiful, resilient, caring and impressive people. Yes, they get paid for their time, but it's very different from hiring a carer to wash or feed them every day. There is a trust and vulnerability that these workers care about.

Full transparency this was for male/male stuff. I had a regular pay for my services and then walk around like he was my boyfriend. He would show me off... to women... and sleep with them. I've heard so many stories about escorts that just want company, someone to talk to and so on. I get the deets from the escorts themselves and taxi drivers. You'd think the gossip would be in poor taste, but it's humbling.
