This is one of the view videos that i have seen that states something that should be obvious, but is frequently missed. Make sure that everything is tightened correctly and that moving parts move freely.

Did you print that little white guide piece for the extruder to guide the filament in? Or was I missing a piece? Really don’t like how close the filament gets to the z screw.

I just got my first 3D printer and wanted to do the Bed Calibration model you listed above, do i just download it and then put it on my sd card and then into my 3D printer or do i need to do the slicing step first?

You always need to slice a model. You can download the stl, then slice it in cura, then put that file on the SD card.
