I grabbed Decadent and it's a beautiful brick red. A little vampy, but still sophisticated. Perfect for fall! I'm eyeing most of the ones you showed! :)
I got 4 tubes a few days ago...I love the creamy texture & color range, period. I don’t care for gift with purchase anymore; EL products is not Wet n Wild, folks. I can’t believe these lipsticks look good & feel like butter. I have the Envy creme shade, Speak Out, a red orange lippie. Been searching for a Kylie Cosmetics 22 dupe💄😉

When ELs Color Envy Line hit stores a few months back I had to get them one by one, on wait list for the colors I wanted. I got the one and fell in love, I have all of the light or muted shades, One still eludes me, Im loyal to my EL rep and she is holding Insatiable Ivory as soon as they come in. They sell out fast, especially certain shades. But the formula is wonderful, EL as come a long way, Have you tried The Color Envy Eye Palettes, Oh My Fabulous, and their Perfectionist Foundation
I have Eccentric, Carnal, Powerful, and Infamous. Just this week I ordered Tumultuous Pink and Rebellious Rose. Tumultuous Pink won Allure's 2014 Pink lipstick of the year. Sephora doesn't have the new colors, Nordstrom does, though. I would love someone to compare these to the new Nars Audacious line.

Thank you for the review, Leslie! The price point is again high but I can understand the reason behind them. I can see myself buying one, same with Nars lippies, but that would be my limit due to the cost. Have you seen Tarababyz swatches on the ColourPop lippies? You probably have. :-). I ordered a few along with the liners. My birthday is in December so I may purchase one high priced lippies for the occasion. Thanks again.
I own impulsive and I do really like it. I do agree, they are super soft and luxurious. Not sure I'd buy more when I just love my Mac lipsticks, you know. They looked beautiful on you! How do these compare to the Nar's ones? I've yet to purchase any yet, but plan on it. Just trying to figure out which one I will buy. I'll probably only splurge on one maybe two. :)

Estee Lauder was my first department store lipstick. That was back in the 80s, when I was in college, and the difference was like night and day. Drugstore lipsticks were far inferior to what they are now. For many many years Estee Lauder was my favorite lipstick. Now I like others as well and I haven't bought any EL for maybe 10 years. Looks like it's time to go back to my first love! As for scent, I'm one of those people who really likes it, and I really miss the old Estee Lauder scent! I was so sad when they started taking it out. Also, like the person below, I wanted to ask how they compare to the Nars Audacious in your opinion?

The packaging reminds me of the Nars Audacious lipsticks. Which do you prefer, Estee Lauder or Nars? Also, please remind me what the Nars lipsticks smell like. Thank you!
Have you seen Discreet? It's one of the new Envy lipsticks. I bought it and like it. Trust me these have no scent compared to some of EL's older lip formulas. I still can't handle their glosses as they have too much perfume fragrance and taste to me. I like this formula but they are not hydrating on my lips at all. I still have to use a lip balm but I have dry skin and lips so I may be an exception.
I have the Insatiable Ivory one and mine is super soft. I just push my lips against the lipstick and it bends! It feels like butter. Do you have the same problem?
Great review as usual! I just love the way you describe everything. I only have Powerful and agree with you, it is a beautiful color! I'd like to get more colors and as some of the other people have commented, would love to know what you think of these Color Envy lipsticks compared to the Nars Audacious lipsticks.... :-)

Every girl needs at least one or two of these in their collection they are so pretty but I'd have to say that the new nars audacious lipsticks are even better in my opinion for almost the same price
LipglossLeslie I have seen soo many people on youtube wear them & they actually looked beautiful but you have to have a lot of self confidence to wear them in public. You will get a lot of looks. I did wear some of them in public & some of them did look really good but some of them made my lips look way too small. Plus, you have to keep putting them on through out the day or they will look bad. And also keep checking to make sure the wild colors are not on your teeth. I have recently found some wild bright colors in matte that do not rub off so they are easier to wear.
Ouch, 30 bucks?! I do love Estee Lauder foundation, it's my makeup splurge, but I'm such a drugstore makeup girl at heart! These are gorgeous though :)
LoL. I used to be in the banking world where Candy Yum Yum would have never have worked. Then I moved to the cable/internet corporate world where anything goes. Now that I'm disabled I think I'm just confused about what to wear!
