My only gripe with her is how abrasive she is with people when she is like “QUESTION!” She does that a lot at Q&A and is then surprised why more introverted folks don’t want to speak.

I think whats interesting is she led that Q&A by stating that is what she would do, Interrupt people if they are making statements, not questions as there were a lot of people she would like to get to.

Sensitive much..🤔.she's being direct...and time is of essence of she doesn't stop their senseless talking they'll never get to the question...

D Crown. I see what you mean. But people who speak a.lot behind a group before a question are not so shy I think. And the shy person will going more quickly to the point 😉

@@LeydisViewllc I admire and adore Esther, and being direct and focused is important when time is of the essence, AND she also can be abrasive. Being so purposively in the interest of a constructive Q&A does not make it less impolite, or the person commenting on it overly-sensitive. Also, the fact that your response leads with a criticism of the person making the comment is conspicuous; You could have stated a counter-opinion without personalizing it.
