Thank you for the comment, you have to reset the receiver and start over, Remove all power. Short middle and BT receiver pins and place a wire short between terminal 3 and 4 (C + BT ) of connector block(or press and hold test button “D”) Re-apply power. Buzzer will begin 1 second beeps. When buzzer emits 1 continuous tone remove shorts and power. Re-apply mains power first then battery power.

@@iekeraamlevy3882 thank you for the comment, I'd you purchased new remotes, try the following first... Hold the button on the remote for about 15s until the led light pulses slowly... Then try again. If it still does not work, you will have to get a standalone receiver

Hi LuLu, on the Advanced u do the following... Press and hold set Use up and down arriw to go to small r Press set to enter menu Go to small b Press set to enter Press remote button It will show a 1 to show it has been learnt in, exit to exit

Does the have to be power. Cause I'm having load shedding at the moment. Light on remote still white. And light in box is flashing

@@blacksmith866 thank you for the comment. The power does not need to be on. If it does not work, try to switch the frequency. Press and hold the button for 20 seconds, the light should flash slowly, then try again

Thank you for the comment, is all the remotes not working anymore or 1 remote? Do you know if there is a stand-alone receiver or are you using the onboard receiver? How old is the motor?

There is a 80% chance that a Nice remote will work on the older DC Blue motors, u have to add a 1ch reveiver

Thank you for the comment, it depends on which DC blue digital you have 4 buttons-no pins, or 3 buttons and 3 pins

It has 3 buttons but I’m uncertain how many pins I have. Can you tell me what I can do if I have either one of those two and I want to reset the code so it’s only paired with a remote that I’ve paired.

Gather all your remotes as you will be resetting the receiver Power down the motor head completely There is 3 pins on the board it will say BT and Lt with a center pin Get a piece of wire and bridge all 3 pins Return power and watch the Rx led or count to 15 Remove power Remove bridge Return power and test If it did not work try again until a working remote stops working Then program all the remotes again

@@nicksandtrickssa Thank you ;-)). Yes, I need to find out how to "deprogram" a remote, ie. delete it from the garage motor.

@@rohanasmith106 that is unfortunately not shown in the video and I do not have a video on that... If your motor has the 3 pins for learning and you have the remote you want to remove... With the motor powered on, bridge all 3 pins and press and hold the remote button for 5 seconds, during this time whatch the Rx light it should start flashing, then release button and remove the bridge, remote should be cleared off the receiver

Thank you for the comment, you mean manually opening the door? There should be a red string on the draw bar to pull and you can open it manually

Thank you for the comment Graham, the new NICE remotes has a slim chance of working o the older motors, you can try hold the remote to switch to ET blue by holding the remote button until it pulses slowly and try again, or you can purchase a NICE single chanel receiver for future remotes

​@@hughanbutler790the centurion remote will unfortunately not work directly to the motor, you can however use a centurion receiver and program it that way

Thank you for your comment, unofficially it only works on post 2019 devices, as far as having issues is concerned, officially if you bought it in this year it should work, hold the button for 25seconds until the led pulses. Then try again. If it does not work you will have to purchase a single Chanel NICE receiver to make the new remotes work.

@nicksandtricks1849 ok thanks for the feedback. This garage motor is old. The one remote saw its arse. This is ehy i bought the new Nice remote as they said it's ghe same. So best would be is to give the new remote back

@@aldostefanini1392 if you buy any new remotes you still have the chance of it not working, if you get the receiver you can then replace remotes In future with the NICE range without worrying if it will work.
