I love seeing when good people finally connect with the correct experts and the information that equips them to make real permanent changes.

Ethan's story has completely changed my life. My story is similar to his except for the acting part. I was over 400 lbs in 8th grade and my max at the beginning of the year is just under 600 lbs at 26. I had accepted that I would be dead by 30 and this video showed up in my feed. I watched it and realized that I wasn't okay with dying by 30. I started losing weight and being outside just for the sake of being outside. Because I was outside so much, I managed to meet a girl who completely changed my life as well. Just like in Ethan's story, she likes to hike and do things that I know I can't do, so I've started to work out and work on getting my body able to do the things she likes. So far in just under 6 months, I'm down 75 lbs. This is my lowest weight I've been at in over 3 years and I have no intention to stop. My next goal is to lose 100 lbs by the end of the year. Thank you Ethan for sharing your story. You have inspired me to change my life in ways that I never thought were possible.

I love how he said “The biggest thing was getting healthy” as opposed to “losing weight”

He looks much cooler now, yet kept the softness of his heart.

This just inspires me so much more... I gave up on myself 18 months ago when I hit 430lbs and my scale maxed out. Something in me snapped after a couple of weeks of considering suicide, and I looked up how to lose weight consistently.. Found Dr Mike and learned about setting a caloric deficit and the rest is history. Today I weighed in at 260 lbs and it's the skinniest I've been since 6th grade, no joke. To anyone out there wondering, you've got this! You can do this, and you will succeed... just keep pushing and never give up!

I wish “My Name is Earl” was back just to showcase the “new” Randy.

I just weighed myself last month. I tipped the scales at 193kg (425lbs) at 33. So far I'm down 6kg (13lbs). I have more hard work to go and changes to make... But I'm on the right path and heading in the right direction. This is inspiring to me. If Ethan can do it from where he was, I can too!

I appreciate him for not becoming jaded, despite having hard times. He speaks with clean, congruent character, without hint of being bitter. Inspiring to see his progress.

This was incredibly well produced and interesting, featuring an actor I have loved since I used to watch My Name Is Earl after school as a kid, thanks to everyone involved!
