Mcr City centre is a building site at the moment, quite unprecedented since the 1800's. Viadux2 is behind the former Mcr. Central station, near to the Beetham Tower and if passed could be the tallest residential building in Europe at 76 floors plus some ancillary buildings. Was due it's planning hearing a couple of weeks ago. I presume the Ladies Hydrotherapy Centre and Gym are in a backlog. Can't see it being turned down. Viadux2 went under a public consolation phase since November before being lodged. Can't see much reason why the Ladies Hydrotherapy Centre and Gym would need much public consultation.

If you up the car park on 3 mins 53 seconds go up the road that has the Asda in it , there is an old bank building, it’s next the walking trail at the top of this still. Take a drive in your car 🚘 you will see it

I have been to watch Man City women’s stadium, my friend Natasha played for a Swedish team at the time and was playing Man City in champions league game. Great set up they have there for the women’s team

The hydrotherapy and gym in the drawings is clearly shown right next to a lock on the Ashton Canal. Follow that and you won't go far wrong. 👌 Left perimeter.

Any news on what is happening to the gas tower site by the car park

I believe its in the raised areas you zoomed in on at 1:21 to the rear and side of the training pitch
