Nothing beats "Yucatàn", which basically means "I don't understand you" in the native people's language

May I ask where you found "Grfnland" for "Greenland" ? In Old Norse it's Grœnland as far as I know, and I was wondering if I was wrong...

Me too I knew it as Grœnland, which means the golden land

No the video is wrong. All the sources are quite clear that Eric the Red named it Grœnland as a marketing ploy to attract settlers. There was never any place Grfnland; this channel, like most YT video producers doesn't have anybody to check his mistakes.

Αρκτική means "land of bears", and it's because it has a lot of polar bears.
