In this video titledEU4 A to Z - Can I DESTROY EVERY HRE ELECTOR As Cleves? I do a playthrough as Cleves in Europa Universalis 4 1.33 France. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Cleves, and I attempt to completely destroy or full annex every elector in The Holy Roman Empire.. So let's see if I managed to do it! Cologne is for all those smelly eu4 players. Go conquer the Spice Islands to put some fragrance into your deodorant. But cologne isn't actually a trade good, so Cologne won't make any money trying to sell cologne. Guess they're going bankrupt. Also, side note, I hope "Custom Nation" gets a spot for letter C later on.

Cologne is perfume, and perfume smells good. Incense also smells good, so you should try to get the "Trading in Incense" bonus as Cologne.

Listening to Red Hawk speaking italian is so cursed, and yet so... mesmerizing In all honesty though, your pronunciation was not bad at all, keep it up like that and you'll actually speak it better than many native speakers (which is not that hard considering how many times I've heard people butcher italian words); best regards from a citizen of Pizzaland🍕

For Cologne it should be something to do with the Cathedral great project. My ideas: -Get all (or 2 of?) 3 Cathedral great projects in northern Europe (Notre Dame, Cologne, and Ulm Minster) to Tier 3, and become the Pope. -End the Protestant Reformation before Printing Press by enforcing religion

Enjoy your trip to Italy and remember never eat on those turist restaurants, choose the ones that don't have stuff like pasta alfredo or Hawai pizza on the menus, that way you'll know that the restaurant is legit. If you are going to visit Rome try out the "Pinza", while in Sicily have cannoli and granita with brioche.

Ideas for your Croatia run: 1. A croatian man became president of Chile recently, so maybe you could form Croatian Chile 2. Croatia is know for it's coast, so maybe you should go and grab all the coastline of the mediterranean, including all the islans (keep only the inland provinces you get at the start. 3. If the first and second one seem to hard, long or boring, try simply reforming Austria-Hungary WW1 borders (bonus points if you are the emperor at the time)

I needed 10 minutes to get this achievement by playing (i think that was) Hesse, annexed Mainz and in the same moment right after end of war released Vasal. Got it instantly.

Another way to get electable is to PU an elector & inhereting them (or I guess just inhereting them from the start), is how I got it as Austria Or just follow Bavaria's mission tree

I actually just got the electorate achievement by accident playing as Austria. I didn't notice an elector was eliminated and after a bit the game just made me an elector.

i wonder if it is possible to remove all electors in one go. Like annex them all in one go. I do remember having a campaign of dismantling HRE by converting all possible emperor candidate into a different religion - the official religion was protestant but i converted all of them back into catholic.

Gotta say that the Cleves strategy is unreliable as all hell, played Cleves a grand total of four times in a row, trying to destroy Cologne while allied and with high relations to the emperor, and he chose someone else to be an elector four times out of four.
