I just upgraded to this floodlight camera it's Great stores should have security cameras of this quality them you be able to recognize a person of interest
I have two questions; 1- during the 24/7 mode, will the light be on all night? Will it record cold or B&W at night? 2- does the camera support SMTP? I want use it in “Home Assistant “ using “SCRYPTED”
What kind of hard drive do you use in the home base 3. I ordered 4 of these cameras and want 24/7 recording and i also have the eufy doorbell. Will the 1 homebase 3 support all the cameras?
MUST this be connected via WiFi? In my desired installation location, I've got great HomeHub S380 cover, but no WiFi coverage. So I could only use this camera IF it can work with ONLY HomeHub coverage (and no WiFi coverage).
I cannot find a answer, maybe you can help. I want to mount this above my garage at the peak of my house. i think its about 20ft high, will the motion detection still work at that height?
I have this floodlight camera and it recommends no higher than 8 ft for max detection; but mine is about 11-12 ft. It still detects motion very well. Range and sensitivity can be adjusted for up to 4 detection areas; so there's alot of versatility with this camera.
How long does the recording go on for? Or is it really 24 hr recording ? And does it loop when there is no more space ? Either on the camera itself or bought storage, thanks
You never showed full resolution of the video recording. Face at night looked way over-exposed and unusable for any recognition. Both in illuminated and B&W night shots. So we are still dealing with shitty cameras that Eufy advertises as 3K and 2K, but that do not come even close to solving the need of providing a quality video feedback of the event. False recognitions is still a huge problem as well. I sincerely hope you never have any tree in the shot during wind events as it trips the camera into non-stop recording of swaying branches, i.e. ‘humans’ in Eufy’s AI imagination.
Can you do me a favour? Are you able to export a recording directly from the camera and share it? I’ve been in touch Eufy and the S330 and other cameras stream their footage to the Homebase while the E330 floodlight records directly. So would be useful to see how the footage looks.
Hello . Had this installed for a month . During the day it’s very very sensitive to every passing car even when I adjusted down sensitivity and set up activity zones . After dark it’s tracking and lights up when motion detected but doesn’t record anything . Can you please help ? I have a ticket to eufy and still waiting
