Euphorbia obesa, commonly known as Baseball Plant, are typically sold as a singular, round orb-ilke plant, but as they start to age, they begin to cluster and the older plants get taller and lose their "orb" shape. This one, which may very well be a hybrid Euphorb, is in my southwest facing window, has started to grow in all sorts of directions.
In this video I'll cover where the plant is native to, how it grows, where it grows, and best conditions for lighting, watering, fertilizing and more.
You can check out more of these videos here and on my IGTV @homesteadbrooklyn.

I have the same plant and it is so cool, however I was under the impression it was an E. Obesa hybrid. Mine flowered this summer, which is fun since they are dioecious , meaning there are male and female plants. Mine is a lady!

Oh wow what a plant😍 i havent seen that before. Euphorbias are probably my favourite species of succulents. Also because most of them get leaves 😍

I get my exotic plants through ETSY. And they are not that expensive, they arrive fast and in good condition.

This plant grows in the wild where im from, not easy to find though (Cape province, South Africa). A young plant costs about R45, thats 3 dollars i think

Looks like a hybrid to me.

Agreed. Normal obesas do not cluster and only can be propagated by seeds and having a male and female plant.

It's rather hybrid or, what is less probably, grown under unfavorable conditions or even both.
