Gerd Reinsch piloting this approx. 1:3 scale model of the Aichi D3A (Aichi-kyuu-kyuu-shiki-kanjou-bakugeki-ki), allied reporting name "Val", a World War II carrier-borne dive bomber of the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). It was the primary dive bomber and participated in almost all actions, including Pearl Harbor.

Having many videos of model aircraft shows, I'm amazed at how many are situated near huge power lines. This one is no exception.

Wonderful !! So much nice !! Very beautiful. I think this RC plane is perfect. It also has flaps. I am very happy to watch this plane is landing using flaps. BTW, Aichi was a watch(clock) maker. YAMAHA was a piano maker. I feel some strange things. P.S. The pilot of this RC plane is very nice, too.

Although I don't know why the owner chose this plane (I think this type is not so famous), very interesting, well crafted and fantastic plane. I'm glad to see it.

Wow!!! How much is this baby?? And I thought my 1/48 Hasegawa kit of this plane, the Aichi D3A dive bomber, is the biggest I can get. Obviously not..... Is this model available to buy? I'm intrigued....
