This is satirical artistic criticism of society today. It starts with reversed intro In corpore sano meaning that people's priorities have been backwards. People have become obsessed with irrelevant celebrity looks (etc Megan Markle) and outward appearance while ignoring mental and spiritual health. Artists in Serbia have no health insurance so are to much focused to stay healthy by overdoing it like washing hands. But also it is criticism of corona restrictions that were ignorant of mental health of society. People stand around her represent masses that were forced to do as same steps like some ritual. Check Konstrakta Israeli performance. Also please react to runners up Sara Jo "Muškarčina" (alpha man) and Zorja "Zorja". It is pity that all three songs were same year and other two will not be in Eurovision. Serbia felt that instead of being predictable with ethno ballads or bops that it would be good to take a risk and send something new and original. You can turn on subtitles.
