The pallets in finnish are actually called "Eurolava", so he's literally dancing on the Euro Stage. They are also a symbolism for the hard workweek of the "working man" the lyrics are about. There's a lot of very clever things going on with the performance that are missed by non-finns. The lyrics theme is about the finnish state of being a shy introvert and using alcohol to break free of the icy shell, and when the song calms down he's finally free and mellow enough to be himself. Even the switch from Metal -> Europop is an echo of this, as a lot of finnish people (males in particular) are shy about saying they like pop music, and will vocally only admit liking metal.

Would have served a cheeseburger withouth cucumbers and a jaffa for you. The pallets are actually a pun in Finnish. The pallets are called Eurolava and lava can be translated as a stage in Finnish. So Käärijä is performing on Euro stage. And Käärijä's name is a pun as well. He is a rapper and käärijä is translated to Finnish as a wrapper. He is funny.

You both speak perfect Finnish. I went to a Friends n’ burgers in Pietarsaari (Near Vaasa) The service was in Swedish only. Nobody spoke any word in Finnish.

Dancers represent the alcohol teasing him on to the dance floor, then breaking out eventually…because of the alcohol - liquid courage. Don’t have to be aesthetically great and put on a “perfect” show (like cha cha dancers usually do), just to be on the dance floor and get out of your introvert “shell”.

I too worked in Finland occasionally and Estonia too It actually got to the point with the languages in Helsinki that I would understand the Finnish more than the Swedish I did some work in Jyväskylä and that is said to be the heart of Finnish speaking. I went into an Indian restaurant in Helsinki and surprised them by ordering in Hindi/Urdu but they had instead of tea masala - spiced tea coffee masala - Indian spiced coffee (not a traditional thing).
