Lol it is funny how everyone calls them channel lock. But these are actually snap on.

Snap on makes them. Just like all their other hand tools and the main line of pliers, aside from wierd specialty stuff.

They're tongue and groove pliers but us in the know say channel lock haha

@@UnskilledGrappler although muriatic acid will attack steel, it's minimal at most for short periods (e.g. 4 hours) and will clear most rust in that time. However it has no effect on rubber and plastics.

All I used was evapo rust and oil.

That’s what I was wonder cause I use vinegar on a lot of stuff and I’m happy with the results

Evapo rust is just faster, good when you need it done in a couple hours but that's probably the only benefit.
