From his matches with Punk, then with Christian, putting over Mark Henry and working with younger talent (Cody and Barrett) 2011 was an underrated year for Orton in my opinion.
People give Cole a lot of crap for his commentary, but the terrified "oh my god" while the crowd loses it and Punk looks shocked after pinning Cena gives me Goosebumps to this day. The whole moment was amazing. Forever my favourite WWE match
@@calum2324 Oh Gee, you mean he didn't MEAN to type Simone? Thanks for the correction. If your an adult I am sure you are always invited to parties and everyone can't wait til you get there. Maybe Simone is a girl's name and it's a joke? No.. ok bud. Your the most fun
My dad's bald head was in Extreme Rules 2011 when Michelle McCool's Barricade spot happened. He's there for a blink and you'll miss it shot, but nevertheless there. Make him famous
Looking back at this list, is reasons why I love wrestling and I love the sub lists that branch from these lists. Especially the Hell In The Cell Ranked list is badass. Also, Money In The Bank 2011's World Heavyweight Championship Money In The Bank Ladder Match had a chunk of former Nexus members in the ladder match
2011 started the slow revival of the divas division. having beth as champion helped elevate the title’s value and she managed to have amazing matches with any other diva.
Christian deserved better that year.He was the best wrestler of 2011 after Cm Punk.He had 4 back to back great matches against Randy Orton at PPVs and his ladder match with ADR was great as well.He should have won the feud against Orton
Would geniunly enjoy a podcast episode when cultaholic and whatculture just talk. Angry or happy, about the present or past, doesn't matter. Just do it!
Oh God, I'd wiped Over the Limit from my memory... The Cole/Lawler match followed by that main event has to be the single worst final stretch to any PPV in history. 20 minutes of Cena getting literally tortured with weapons by two supposedly top stars, before getting in 3 minutes of offence and winning. *Shudders*
I still don't understand why Snooki was involved in that Wrestlemania match. It should've been Trish Stratus VS Michelle McCool cause they both are legends in their own rights. Damn WWE was actually sexist back then cause they didn't want women to accomplish more like the men out there.
Might be the only one who thinks this, but Cole vs Lawler is my favorite match on the mania card. It’s what made me want to go into commentary and broadcasting as a career.
