Every Major Upset at Civil War (Smash 4) 

The way the camera swings behind ESAM when Coney says "and ENDED the Civil War" is truly epic. One of, if not THE, greatest Smash 4 tournament ever.

Whoever wrote that script for this was on some strong stuff

Can we talk about Locus's wins so far? He's beaten, Saj, 9B, Tweek, Mr R, Ally, Samsora, Shuton AND Nairo. I know a lot of people have been doubting that he deserved his spot in the PGR last season, but he's really proven himself. And I think he was also in top 32 at one of the other sagas other than ZeRo saga and Civil war, not sure who he beat there.

I love that the two Shulks were first in the video. He can go far, he just has so many more techs to master (and some buffs wouldn't hurt, dammit Sakurai. Stop nerfing high tiers and start buffing lower tier characters).

As a Link Main since Melee and part Japanese, T is like my Hometown hero. This is easily one of the greatest times Link has ever gotten this much visibility in ANY of the Smash games to date! I'm so proud of him!

As a link main, I was so happy to see that link win. He almost botched it but he kept on having that courage.

Smash 4 is a constant hypefest! Fucking upsets almost every major tournament. Hope it stays like this for a long time!

Holy shit, persona music! Also, ESAM's popoff was captured by the best camera shot of the entire event. Fatality seems to have really leveled up lately, and holy Christ suddenly amazing players have started popping out of other regions with incredible play.

Civil War was an absolutely crazy major man, seeing a Link in Winners Finals of a super major is just amazing to me, all the upsets were crazy too!

The most hype aspect of this Tournament was not just that so many Low/Mid-tier mains made it into Top 32 and even Top 8, but that they absolutely MURKED so many high ranking PGR players! I was so stoked watching this Tournament! I do have to say, even though I respect how hard Dabuz worked toward winning, I'm sad Fatality lost to him, considering he beat so many top threats, including Nairo, Kirihara, so many in bracket, and even T, who defeated him in Winners, went on to 3-0 him in Losers Finals!! I really hope Fatality keeps up this amazing hard work, I would love to see him win a large event like this!
