Wow this video is the at the tippy top of all RU-vid videos on this subject Thank you I thought I might need like fillers but I need drainage A complete and detailed video I can’t wait to report back
Thank you for making a video that we can do along with you. Most other people show you and tell you for maybe 10 to 15 seconds how to do something and then they go on to the next. Seriously, are we supposed to remember all of them? But this is a video that we can go back to everyday and I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates it . I'm unclear with respect to putting pressure on/above/ below the clavicle bones. Where exactly do you put the pressure, it's not at all clear . Also, I've heard so many times that when you're working on lymphatic system you don't want to press very hard, especially around the eyes. The next time you make one of these videos, please specify how hard we're supposed to put pressure on the area of the face, neck, etc that we're working on. Thank you.
Hey Aysel! Thank you for your videos! Should we stick to a single video/routine for mornings or can we switch with massage technics? I know we have to be consistent with the massage technics but since I have only 10-15 minutes for massage in the morning before leaving for work, I can't do all the massages in one sitting. Would it be still ok if I do for example the anti-aging lifting massage one morning and the next morning the de-puffing? Or should I be consisted only with one routine? Thanks!
You are a gem. I always wake up with puffy eyes due to hay fever at this time of year. Thank you for your fabtastic videos. I love them. Btw you look beautiful, even when your face is puffy! ❤❤
I don’t have time to do this every morning. I’m sure busy Moms don’t either. Plus this is taking time away from prayer and meditation which I can’t do without. So between the two, I pick prayer and meditation which will help my insides instead of my outsides.
