I don’t get why no one likes cars to like it so underrated but everyone hate because of the stupid plot which the plot is not stupid. The plot is actually quite good.

Yeah that would’ve probably been a better sequel idea than TS5

Pete Docter doesn’t want Boo to show up again as he feels that would cheapen the ending of the first film. That’s why they chose to do a prequel instead and why the tv show only mentions her

@@DonJames268 I just found the time and watched it. I hope you don’t mind but I skipped over the Cars 2 part because I’m one of those people who likes it and it feels like all of the arguments against it have been kinda the same thing. The Incredibles 2, Cars 3, and Toy Story 4 weren’t really my thing (I originally said the same about Finding Dory but I think that was just me in disbelief that they made a sequel to such a great movie as Finding Nemo. I’ll have to give “Dory” another rewatch at some point)! Regardless of the fact I didn’t entirely agree with some of it, it was a great video! Sorry I chose to skip over the Cars 2 part again, that movie came out when I was 5 and I liked it then and still like it now

The plot is less cohesive than Swiss cheese, the story runs like Mario party, where the characters range from super lucky to unlucky depending on what the plot needs to be, the world building is a destroyed by this stupid fork face, the character assassination is just abysmal, and the messages in this movie are offensive at best, and downright evil at worst. That level of destruction is something no Pixar movie can ever do. And yes, Brave and TGD were pretty awful, but at the very least they didn’t destroy a damn movie franchise.

@@Adeptuna this is true. I don’t like Toy Story 4 but imo Lightyear was worse. Yes TS4 didn’t even need to exist but still. Also I don’t understand why people hate Brave…

@@trentoninnewjersey I think TS4 could have worked. We’d be better off without it, but they could have prevented the plot holes, bad morals, and ESPECIALLY the character assassination.
