Tzeentch doesn't actually have a plan. He/ It is just one of those guys who claims they have everything planned out, so when something, anything happens, they shout "Yeah! I made that happen!" and try to take credit. He/ It is like most CEOs; he has no idea what he is doing, has no real plan, and just throws things at a board to see what sticks, and if something happens, he just claims that it was a part of his grand scheme, even if it negatively impacts him/ it. Kairos Fateweaver was driven insane because when he went into the Well, he came to understand that his god, his maker, the one who supposedly planned for everything, had no plan. That would be enough to turn any Daemon mad, now wouldn't it?

This guy was chosen by tzeentch and when he was split into the current blue guy he is, they were split in such a way that one knows the spells but can't cast them and the other can cast any spell but doesn't know the right words

@@absolutelyloyalspacemarine1684+ It's due to Titsnitch sending out these 2 Blue Horrors call the Blue Scribes to catalogue every spell and bit of magic in existence for the purpose of reconstituting his staff which was made of pure magic and granted Titsnitch the rank of, by far, the most powerful of all the Chaos Gods. Way back in the day, when Titsnitch was indisputably the most powerful, the other Gods teamed up against him and "caught him by surprise" as nothing like a genuine alliance between the Ruinous Powers had ever occurred before. The goal of this alliance was to defeat Titsnitch (which they did by shattering his Staff and depowering him significantly) and having the pieces of it scattering themselves around the galaxy (both in the warp and in realspace) in the form of spells, hence introducing magic to the rest of the galaxy and the warp at large. . The reality however, is that Titsnitch had grown bored with his constant domination and allowed himself to be defeated (beginning his long a illustrious career of self sabotage) in order to keep the great game going and present Titsnitch with a fun and challenging passtime once again. One of his many plots and schemes following his "defeat" was to choose 2 Blue Horrors (the Blue Scribes as they came to be called) and send them out into the galaxy and throughout the warp to gather up these spells so that one day, when they were finally all gathered up, the Scribes could return to Titsnitch with all of the spells/pieces and he would be able to use them to reform his staff and once again achieve ultimate dominion over all magic and the warp again. . The obvious issue with this is that there would always be the potential for the Blue Scribes to realise what their true goal was (they simply believe they are cataloguing magic for their God and have no idea of his real motives) and thus, realise all the power they'd been gathering over time and potentially take that power for their own or, even worse, use that power against Titsnitch himself. In order to prevent this from ever happening, certain precautions were taken wherein the Blue Scribes were "cursed" by Titsnitch to forever be out of sync with each other - something definitely made easier by the fact they are already 2 parts of a split personality just due to being Blue Horrors to begin with. In fact, this is why Titsnitch chose them specifically in the first place. Anyway, this curse basically ensured that one Scribe is able to read, understand and basically "know" any and every spell they ever encounter however, they are completely incapable of casting any of these spells themselves. To compensate for this, the other Scribe can cast any and every spell they ever wanted however, they are completely incapable or reading, retaining or even understanding those spells on a fundamental level and need the other Scribe to basically lay it out for them. Not only that, but the moment the cast a spell, all knowledge of it is erased from their mind and so they need to go through to whole process of being told about it again. This ensures that the 2 would constantly need to work together in order to perform their task and relied heavily on each other in order to actually accomplish anything - despite their inability to get along thanks to each embodying the dualities which made up their original being. Moreover, it also means that no one being is capable of both holding AND wielding all the power and knowledge they are gathering and should they ever try to work together against Titsnitch, he would only need to dispose of one of them to render the other harmless to him. A bit long winded I know, but there you have it.

@@Neknesch Sanguinius for his rage, which was greater than Angron's as evidence look at the Red Thrist which caused Sanguinius to drink human blood and the fact he matched one of Khorne's strongest Bloodletters Nurgle wanted Perturabo for his endurance and the fact that the Iron Warriors were famous for siege warfare, battles that would stagnate over longer periods of time time, that and some Plague Marines actually boarded Perturabo's ship and tried to convince him to join Nurgle. Slaanesh wanted Jaghatai because he and his legion were known as the Laughing Butchers, need I say more?

Next to Robert and Sanguinus, he would considered to be a "poster child" for what the GEOM wanted his imperium to be. Didn't know my favourite chaos god wanted peratubto to be his champion. What story was it explored ?

Do it. I collect tzeentch and they're such an insane army to play on the tabletop. I play them in AOS (they have so much flavour there) but 40k daemons are eh until we get an update. Lots of great variety in how you can kitbash and customise models and wacky colour schemes.

tzeentch is a chaos army but has the color scheme of a carnival and memery is 2nd only cegorach. shit is grimdark humor at and finest

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Drach'nyen, the Daemon the Emperor had to turn into a sword and stab into his favourite Custodian and send them off into the warp in order to defeat (prior to that it had been actually hurting the Emperor and he'd proven unable to kill it in return). This is the same sword Abbadon now uses and it's why he's able to cut practically anything with it (including reality itself).

@@justinanderson2460 No, Pharaa'gueotla was rampaging on Terra around the time of the Unification Wars. The Emperor and the prototype primarchs named Angel pursued him for a long time, the demon escaped into the warp, and they followed him. They caught up with him on the dead planet Karis Cephalon. There they fought a duel with him in which they imprisoned the demon inside the planet. Then the Emperor ordered the Angel to guard the demon so that it would not break free.

And not only that, they're not even Daemons in 40k. They're basically what happens when a bunch of Chaos Spawn fuse together.

They sound badass, I'd would be cool if the Iron Warriors were a bit like that. You're comment makes me think of an alternate 40k, where the Thousand Sons and other traitor legions stayed loyalist and some of the loyalist Legions became traitors

Ehh, Nurgle is inconsistent though. Khorne is more powerful overall due to his consistent level of power that never really falls off. Nurgle fluctuates wildly and can go from the most powerful to the weakest and anything in between depending on how prevalent his plagues and diseases are in the galaxy. So I suppose as of right now, Nurgle is riding an all time high... . Though yes, Titsnitch truly is the most powerful. Also the Changeling is one of my hands down favourite characters in Warhammer period - for exactly this reason - so points for bringing him up as well.

(I might be saying some old retconned lore, so hopefully someone will correct me) Long as fuck time ago, Tzeentch used to be the most powerfull of all the gods, like, more powerfull than he is now. He had a staff....I forgot the name of it... He had a crystall staff and with it, he was super powerfull, like, super mega powerfull. However, the other gods decided to band together and wreck his shit. Tzeentch, of course, doesn't want to "win" persay, he wants to keep the game going forever and ever, eternally. So, he allowed them to wreck his shit, and let them break his staff, which splintered into like a shitload of shards. Those shards then became every spell in the universe.

@@piratczvojtapopovics A further explaination as to why he didn´t want to "win" was because if he were to win, there would be nothing to "change" anymore. The ultimate paradox of the warp gods is, if either of them wins, they will also lose. Khorne wins = no more wars = Khorn lose, Nurgle wins = nothing to infect = Nugle lose, Titsnitch wins = nothing more to change that hasn´t been changed already = Titsnitch lose. List goes on. All n all mr T might be the only chaos-god to recognize this fact and hence, in order to continue living he had to rid himself of the warpstaff.

Dunno if it's still canon, but The Changeling was supposed to be a Blue Horror that Tzeentch gifted with absolute mimicry. However, there are two shapes The Changeling cannot take at all. One is Tzeentch Himself, for The Changer of Ways would not suffer imitation, and the other one is The Changeling's original shape, because The Weaver of Fate is an asshole.

Khorne is strong because he is very boring. The other gods can't be bothered to play with him much, so he wins a lot of games by default.
