@@harrellt1405how did Rusty know it was Dale anyway? Wasn't the whole point of Dale using his name and SSN to make sure there was no connection between "Rusty" and Dale himself
@@thewiseoldfoxMedical bill. Dale refuses to use his own name and insurance and uses Rusty's instead. One unpaid medical bill later, Rusty shows up on Dale's doorstep. They knew each other in third grade. He used to live next to Dale. He moved away without telling Dale, Dale assumed he was dead and like the madman he is started using his name to falsify his identity for literally anything and everything he had to sign from then on, because he thought he had the perfect fallguy in his dead friend Rusty.
That's not to say he will be going to Canada... He just wants enough gas to get to Canada. That's how large of a quantity he desires. He will actually be setting his sights on a small village in Guatemala.
I remember there's an episode where he comes up with the name he's in his basement on the phone and they ask him his name he panics and looks around and sees a rusty shackle so he says "it's uh rusty shackle-ford"
Johnny Hardwick was a damn genius. I keep hearing and hearing about a new season, like Mike Judge did with Beavis&Butthead a few years ago. Was actually pretty funny and didn't try too hard to capture the past but i keep getting sad when i think of so many KEY cast members passing on. Lucky, Luanne, Dale... i mean how could you make it really be "King of the Hill?"
I made an account on the nextdoor app with a name called "Rusty Shackleford" and I use it to incite discord and arguments with the really old conservative retirees about the HOA and speed bumps.
I have a feeling Dale made up that name on the spot, but in one of the later seasons the makers of the show decided that it would be funny if Rusty Shackleford was the name of his former classmate he thought was long dead.
someone ordered a pizza and used that name. i thought it was a fake name and i asked them if it was real. they said it was from king of the hill. ive seen this show but not all of it and this makes me want to watch it in its entirety
I’m really gonna miss dale Gribble, the boys, because the guys dead sure I can watch the shows reruns, but I was kind of hoping there be a reboot of king of the hill
I was excited for the reboot but without Dale Gribble, I don't know how they can continue with the project but I hope they at least try. Maybe Bill can have a bigger role and a wife now perhaps?
Possibly unpopular opinion: If they bring the show back they should "replace" Dale with his redacted from photos cousin Eddy played by Theo Von They could make up a story about how Dale's dad had a falling out with his brother after it he found out Dale's dad was gay. Dale being a boy at the time didn't understand and took it to mean that his uncle was a government agent.
