I actually try not to track my calories since the amount you need fluctuates a lot. I try to just throughout the day depending on when i get hungry or when I work out. If you struggle with eating enough food then calorie tracking could be useful. In my experience though, i’ve only seen it negatively affect runners.
that’s exactly my height and weight! everyone is completely different in terms of body composition and i’ve found that it’s better to learn what your body needs based on feeling than to track your calories. a lot of dangers can come from tracking calories. if you still find it hard to eat enough and you feel fatigued, maybe it could help to track calories just to make sure you’re eating ENOUGH.
