Dicky Collins actually border security has not increased. I will agree with the jobs but it could also be countered by saying during Obama’s administration there was a recession the entire time and our economy was barely stabilizing itself until lately. Trump also took net neutrality. Trump promised a wall built as soon he got into office but that didn’t happen. He has also taken lots of land from wild life perseveres just benefit himself to get oil.

Another sin: Dru’s name is Dru, when it was made clear that Gru was the family name in the first movie. This either means that his name is Dru Gru, which not only means that someone was dumb enough to spell Dru like that, but make it the main name that people are called by in most social situations, and rhyme with their last name, or two people with last names Dru and Gru married and both characters have been calling their twin brother by last name, both of which I call bullshit on.

Well, you have to admit that despite how awkward this movie is, you gotta admire how they played the color schemes of "good and evil". Usually the hero is seen in brighter colors, while the villain is seen in darker colors. Despicable Me 3 changed that. The hero, Gru, is dressed in black. The villain, Dru, is dressed in white. I personally find this clever. Really throws off the norm in the smallest way

Diego Alvarez The fact that this movie got a sequel despite all its hate in the world is cinema and franchise genius, but it also further dooms Illumination from being known for literally anything else. That means that every movie in memory, with one good fucking line, is doomed to be their eternal memory. This one line describes the company as well as it does this movie.

My cousin pointed out that Dru said he used to watch bratt in the 80s but in the 1st movie Gru watched the moon landing in the late 60s and he was a kid. So Dry must have been in his 20s when he watched Bratt. So Dru was a grown man watching poorly edited children's shows

The thing I dislike most about this movie is that it introduces the villain almost immediately, while the first and second had a heist where we didn’t immediately know who the bad guy is. I mean there’s a lot of things you could choose to hate about this movie but this is the one I chose.

1:21 When Clive flips the tape, the next song plays from the beginning instead of having to rewind it like a regular tape. Wouldn't it have been funnier if they had to sit there and wait for the tape to rewind in their urgent situation? That way it's not just a "this exists" nostalgia, it's an actual nod to the actual thing and helps the tension and shows what a weirdly specific perfection Balthazar is
