Hi Collette and Mark, I just found your channel. Self-realisation happened for me a few months ago. It's hard to say exactly when it happened; it was a gradual process that has been ongoing. Hi thanks for the question,so first of all there’s nothing to get because all the happiness, fun etc it’s yours already all you have to do is become aware of it, so just put your attention on ( awareness) on fun, happiness and love, this is your true nature, it’s the belief that you have to get these things that gives you a experience of the lack of them, but in truth you are them 🥰💕
