Wow you two are impressive! That was a super good and soothing explanation, though I don't think I entirely get it, I feel I could say I'm not scared of heights and change easily, that's just my independent inner awareness but what I really want is to be in an attractive body (and state) and experience awareness through that, I can't change into that character because of my body and lack of experience, I know I give meaning to the way I look but that's not enough, I want to change.
@@Collettenewu2day I am but the world said it first :( Everyone who fits the standards receives good concepts for free, I don't want to redefine them or oppose them, I want to change. For example how do I make "short" into the unmistakably most desirable trait, would I change actors in movies, the minds of millions? I want the privilege of being attractive.
Ego is what is desperate for validation from the outside world. When one learns to quiet and control the Ego (and it's constant thoughts and desire chasing), the real personal awareness can come through. And I'm not saying Ego is a negative. It simply needs to be consciously directed by awareness and not allowed to run rampant.

Pure Vedanta Hinduism. " Nothing exists but an infinite divinity. Surprise.....the Hindus have the "inside dope on god." Life still sucks, in many ways, but these things that suck, and cause mind boggling suffering, are just temporary, and not at all what they appear to be, despite how they feel. At least, there's no death! But it's not a comfy, cozy, concept of god. Obviously, it can be quite terrifying, when you contemplate it, even when you grasp the hidden meaning. Thank you. It was refreshing to watch your video.

Thankyou for sharing your pool experience. It’s just reminded me of when I was hit by a car at the age of 9. I wasn’t badly hurt, but I remember flying through the air and calmly observing the experience, completely neutral to what was going on. It was more like a passive curiosity as to what was going to happen. The other thing is that the ‘observer’ didn’t seem to be any different to the current observer (although I’m in my 50s now). It seemed ageless..
Can you please give some examples of choosing to play a diff character or characters. (@19:00) I realize we can just remain Effortless Being. But you said ‘if you want to have fun with it, switch characters!

It’s only after the fact that you are awareness that you can talk and point to it using words but everyone hears it from a different perspective and that is where I don’t understand..

It's so simple and yet so difficult as long as one still listens to and believes in the mind sending thoughts like "I don't get it" or "I'm not there yet". This is coming from the mind, and the mind never will get this. But it will try everything to keep you from simply recognizing the truth: That you are not the "I" that is not getting it. This "I", this person, character, ego simply doesn’t exist, it's an imagination. This imagined person is just a thought in itself, a meaningless frequency in the field of awareness. Questioning this false identity over and over again is the key to make the veil thinner and thinner until the truth is seen. 🧡
Thank you for watching and yes it’s just a matter of keep looking to that changeless, the one thing that doesn’t change that’s the real you, the truth even if you don’t yet see/believe it’s still the truth of you always has been always will be, and once we see what the mind is/does the game is up 😄🥰
