Your very welcome and remember you have always chosen but this has been out of what you think is possible so “it’s like”you look in a very small room and choose from there while right next to this is a whole warehouse to choose from, you’ve always CHOSEN this is natural 🥰

Your fear is what you say it is and with the belief of that and the belief its your body, your weakness, then it would be reckless, when I believed I had asthma that “I’m a asthmatic” that a can’t exercise, I need inhalers, so with all those thoughts I could not climb the stairs on some days, now a climb mountains with no inhalers, what changed was not only my self talk as in I stopped calling it mine, “my asthma” the belief that I was that and the belief I needed the inhalers changed so with new self talk calling it “the asthma” instead of “my asthma”, new beliefs where firmed, so they where “I can go up stairs easy” then they advanced to “I can climb mountains easily”, if I still had the old beliefs though and started to go up that mountain with no inhaler that would be very reckless indeed, we don’t tell anyone what they can or can’t do we point to you the real you and from there you see the character your playing, the past character and thoughts are gone we are and have similar thoughts,play similar characters, for me it was around 18months to function as a heathy character that doesn’t mean it would take someone else that long, or that quick, all is what you believe you are, what thoughts you are excepting, who you think you are, you give it all meaning 🥰thank you for watching and commenting 🙏
