They could also do a DLC for Chen and Steph at the end of True colors depending on the choice you make. You could do a road trip music tour again choose locations and tracks from all life I strange universe. Maybe even go back to Arcadia Bay to find Max and Chloe.
This is a great interview. I'm always excited when voice actors talk about their characters and how they have to act in a box. If you've never done it, it's miserable.
I'm really looking forward to this. I can't wait to learn more about Steph. PS: I can only recomment to everyone to check out Katy's Twitch or RU-vid channel. She's great.
You're not learning anything about new Steph in this DLC. You're literally being a DJ for 2-3 hours, and that's basically the entire DLC.. Talk about milking the last drop of cash from the fans for practically zero content..
@@Stigmatix666 Don't know what DLC you played, but the DJ part was mainly just a framing device to get more into Sephs past and the impact of the ending of the first LiS on her
I finished "True Colors" Sunday night, and I think it's the best LiS game to date. The others were good, but as Aoife stated, True Colors is a true evolution of the series in terms of not just technical advancements (facial and motion capture), but mature subject matter and story telling. If Dontnod goes back to teens in LiS 3, it will be a regression considering where the series seems to be going. It would be ironic if Deck 9 were to somehow become the primary devs for LiS moving forward... Similar to how Forza Horizon, has eclipsed the base Forza, franchise at this point in terms of popularity and technical advancements. Great interview, and I can't wait to play the Wavelength DLC once it's out!
I've played through twice. So looking forward to more Steph and Wavelength. But the original life is strange has the best story. Let's see what the remastered edition does.
@@yonnie4416 I agree the story in True Colors is good, but not the greatest. In fact, it follows the (now) established LiS Formula to a tee... Which is not a bad thing, but they need to step it up in the next game, whoever makes it. If they can combine the story telling of 1 with the more mature and adult (grown up) themes of 2, and TC, then part 3 will be the pinnacle of the franchise, most likely?
i played every single life is strange game in 1 week. what an amazing game series. i just loved all of them. life is strange 1 and before the storm are still my favorite in the series to be honest. but True color comes on a second place and LiS 2 on the 3rd. this DLC Wavelengths was a great DLC i love Steph. Great character great DLC. just wish there was a little bit more too it. like interacting with customers things like that. things that you do in a store. but overall great DLC. i really recommend this DLC. Anyway life is strange series overall (all 3 games + DLCs) are really some amazing games. can honestly say they are one of my favorite games i have ever played.
Steph is one of the best characters in the LiS universe i cannot wait for the DLC bringing her back was a perfect idea Steph is literally Katy i cant imagine steph with another actor nopeee nope
Is it stupid to hope for a Ryan DLC someday? I think it's stupid to hope for a Ryan DLC someday... I mean don't get me wrong, I'm SUPER hyped for wavelengths, but I just can't help but feel that Ryan got sidelined. Which is really upsetting, because he's a very interesting, sweet, complex character... Well, I guess Steph *is* a lot more popular, so I'm afraid Ryan will stay in her shadow forever. Oh well...
i feel like they made a dlc about her cause its an important character and story towards the actual story. no spoilers but we do get information that i think was very important to the story
Anyone know how to start the DLC? Whenever I boot up my game it just says Wavelengths on the menu, and when I click on it it just shows me that I've already bought it
If you bought the deluxe edition, you purchased Wavelengths. It just won’t show until it officially launches tomorrow and you will obviously have to download it. But fret not, friend, you won’t have to pay twice.
@@slimkt I hope so this game is the last game I be getting for this month none for next month except battlefield2042 beta early Access and then in November battlefield2042.
@@alternativefashiongothicga7 I feel you, I preordered the Ultimate Edition when I had basically just enough to cover it left in my bank account and panicked when TC launched and my money was gone yet Xbox said I only owned the standard edition.
@BIGDADDYJENDE I’m not 100% sure, but since Wavelengths is supposed to take place before TC, I’m pretty sure it’ll be accessible without finishing the main game.
@@OceanMetTheSky I disagree on some of your points. I think True Colors was very emotional and filled with well crafter characters. I do feel it was too short and that there was so much more they could have done... but True Colors had the best voice acting hands down from major character to the minor one shots. Of course I love all the LiS games.
@@UncleMilo oh it definitely had the best voice acting and animations, no doubt. And it did have feels but I didn't think about it for days after (or months in the case of the first game) like life is strange 1 for some reason. I also have always been interested in the chaos theory which probably plays a part, and I love max and Chloe. I'm curious how the remaster will look. But graphic wise, true colors was definitely the best
