Been on this app for literally 5 hours and it's been amazing and fun! I found your channel and it's been great for all those little things I just wasn't sure about. I lost almost 58 pounds over 25 years ago on WW and never looked back. Best program ever!! I'm now in my 50's and 12 pounds crept back. I'm a firm believer to get back on track before things get way out of control. My daughter in law suggested to take the online assessment so here I am. I'm so happy to be back and thrilled how easy it is. Thanks again!

Super helpful! Thank you! My big hang up with doing WW was not knowing how points were assigned for your own homemade recipes or when eating at local restaurants that aren't chains. Every other tracker I've used doesn't really allow for your own recipes or going to local restaurants, so I would have to guess at how many calories or try to enter every single ingredient in a recipe, every time. This sounds way easier.
Thank you so much for this video Nikki. You answered all the questions I needed answers to. I started ww yesterday and didn't use all my points and wondered if I messed up but I guess I didn't. I hope this video will stay up so I can watch it again to make sure I understand everything. The lady at the ww meeting showed me some of the app and how to use it but after I started tracking I had questions I dint know where to get answers from. This video did it !! I love to watch so please keep videoing your journey. The Bible says the older women are suppose to teach the younger, but, in this case the younger are teaching the older. I am very excited to find all the recipes I had saved or created in the last 11 months! Thank you! In the beginning I was converting lots of family favorites to find my points but they really didn’t have unique names. Now I can search them for low point meals!!!!

I have a similar story as your, my start weight was 255 and now I'm 165, feeling great! 30lbs lost before WW, the other 60 have been with the program, and there is no looking back!! Good information, Nikki. I’ve been on this program since 2018 and have enjoyed all the options. I am under my goal weight and never feel deprived. Thanks for this very useful video! How do you calculate points for a restaurant that is not on the app (ex Chinese/Indian/sushi restaurant) or when you go over to someone’s house and can’t/don’t want to start asking for the recipes…? I’m curious as those are my most common struggles when I feel like I lose control of the process and it can take away from the joy of indulging in succulent food 😋
For some restaurants, I’m able to search and find something similar but that doesn’t always happen so I try to break each thing down by ingredient! Say I’m having fajitas at someone’s house, I can track the tortillas, sour cream, cheese, etc every ingredient I eat and I kind of estimate on and I just try to do my best with that!

Your videos are helpful and you buy things I would buy/try. I like that you don’t deprive yourself and you eat and you’ve done so well! It’s inspirational 🙂 also I think it’s so cool that you’re 6’! I can't believe that you have so many options to spend your wellness wins. In germany you only have a few like getting an umbrella or a candle for 2.000 points. Its especially nice that you can donate your wins if you don't want to use them for yourself. I wish that you could get like a really huge cookbook, stuff for the kitchen like lunchboxes. There are so many options for this and they barely use that. Like your US options way more and I Think its just a missed Oppurtunity in germany.

QUESTION: how can I add my own customized workouts to the ww activity. I seem to be limited by the acitivities that are already populated in the database and I don't do any of those ww lists.
Hi Nikki! I just enrolled in WW on Sunday, March 27th. I started with 24 points. This morning, only 2 days later, I now have 18 points to use. The Virtual Coach said it was probably because the system updated based on my food choices. Is that correct? There was no weight loss in the 2 day period. Thanks
Yes it almost seems a little overwhelming because it’s so different for everyone I only get 16 a day , but I know if I want more points for the day then I just need to retake the assessment to select fewer zero points foods, then it will give me more dailies, so personally it’s whatever works best for each person I’m torn I feel a little discouraged by my low amount of dailies so I may just choose less zero points foods so I will get more dailies and just use them when I need them for some of those foods that used to be zero
Hi Nikki, two weeks after I started WW the plan changed also the app. Can you explain the new app. I can't figure out where I enter my own stuff. I had finally figured it out then everything changed. There is no "Everything you need to know". My app changed immediately I guess since I was only 2 weeks in. You guys have until Dec. 11th so you may not even have the new one yet. But if you can help that would be great. Thx.
Is this based on the newest Personal Points program? I’m not sure when it came out. I’ve been keto 2-1/2 years and I’m trying to figure out if this program would be more confusing than helpful. TIA
I used to be notified to when to weigh in. After cancelling my membership and then re-instating my membership as well as changing my weigh-in day, I no longer receive the notification. I have found the notification settings but there is no option for weigh-in reminder. Any thoughts on why I don't have the option for this notification?
Hello, Im asking a question in hopes that you know the answer….my mother is a member of WW and her saved foods list used to be alphabetical but now it is not…..she has a Samsung Galaxy S22 FE 5G phone and I’m an Apple user so I hv no clue what I’m doing in her settings. Do you know of a way to alphabetize her saved foods list? WW is zero help on this…..even her leader at WW meetings has no clue how to fix this for her….,
Hi. Just started today but confused on the activity tracking. On Thursday I did a indoor walking activity on my Apple Watch but WW only tracked my steps for the day and not the minutes. Today, it tracked my workout AND my total steps for the day which seems like double dipping. How do I fix this?
My problem with this new WW's is, not everyone uses their phones for everything or wants a Fitbit or other activity device, and now WW's has disabled their activity tracker on their website. It feels like weight watchers is setting people up to fail.
I'm still so lost. I'm doing sn hour of weight lifting a day and also an hour of cardio a day. No matter what I can't seem to eat the 18 points and I'm usually at thirty. I have over 85 weeklys but I don't really get the point of that. I'm frustrated with this app to be honest, it doesn't seem to be for me.😭 I'm currently binging your videos so I hope I start to make sense of it 💜
When I first started, I tried not to incorporate exercise for three months so I could focus on tracking and that really helped me! I was also scared to use my weeklies but found I started losing more when I actually ate them all!
Hi Nikki! I'm new to WW (I joined almost 3 weeks ago because of you. I've lost about 7lbs so far). I'm struggling with something in the app that I'm hoping you know the answer to. I have a family of 8 so I have to cook dinner every night. To help out I've been using other people's recipe links that import directly into the app (and set points for all the ingredients with instructions for the recipe). Where my trouble comes in is that I can't for the life of me figure out how to EDIT the imported recipe in the case that I don't use the exact same ingredients as the recipe (which changes the points). Sometimes I need to delete an ingredient or add a different one. This is making my food points not as accurate (which is frustrating). I can edit a recipe if I build it, but seems even if I save an imported recipe into my app I can't edit it (if someone else created it). Any idea what to do? I really don't want to have to recopy all the foods and rewrite all the instructions just so I can edit it. Either I'm missing something or this seriously needs to be a feature they allow you to do. Help! ;) Thank you for your amazing videos!
On the main screen for connect, you have to slightly pull the screen down and the search bar is hidden at the top! It’s right about the “share with us..” button you just have to pull the screen down a little!
Lol, thanks for helping me find the rewards! 😅 The restaurant list search by points is a pain when you go to Barnes and Noble café, because it doesn't exist on the restaurant list, but not all of their foods are sold at Starbucks, and not all of their nutrition info is available online. A piece of veggie quiche, 12-15 points 🙄
this would have been great but you talk way too fast and never pause, never take a breath. I found it hard to follow you, I am 71 and my brain does not think that fast.. but thanks for trying
Hi Nikki - it’s a wonderful idea it explain the App BUT, you talked so fast and jumped into areas SO FAST that it became TOTALLY FRUSTRATING and UPSETTING to me. You need to remember that some of us are new to this APP and maybe need help on getting starting. When you talk so fast without even coming up for a breath of air, assuming everyone knows what your talking about is TOTALLY unfair for us on your RU-vid. For instance, I am still trying to figured out how you got to quick add. I would love to learn and understand how to use this App to the fullest but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, SLOW DOWN and EXPLAIN IT PROPERLY. PLEASE DON’T ASSUME that we all know what you’re talking about. Also, leave the app up on the screen so we can see what you’re doing. Like I say, it’s a wonderful idea but a TOTAL WAISTE OF MY TIME BECAUSE YOU SPEAK SO FAST AND FLUTTER ALL OVER THE APP ASSUMING WE KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT. I am very disappointed ☹️

I would love to use this app to the fullest but it is hard to learn when you flutter all over the place assuming we know what you’re doing. For instance, I am still trying to figure out how to quick add. Sorry for sending this but I find your presentation is extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, slow down and explain the app properly. It’s just not fair to your RU-vid views to be frustrated.
