I’m so sad Trans-Children like Alluka now have in Real-Life a real hard time. H-ck, Trans-Youth even has the highest Sui-ide-Rate by all targettted Minority-Groups; mainly thx to the GOP. They had this much of a hard time even befre the Right-Wing literally started a giant misinformation-Campaign in 2022.
Alluka is Trans and obviously intended by Togashi to be that. As a HxH-Fan, please not only make your own Nen-Ability (cause it’s fun) but also inform yourself about LGBT-Issues and Trans-Hate and about the Main-Sources where they emanate from, as we sadly and unfortunately live in a world where some Groups just have lgbt-hate or even ‚Hunt people like alluka’ as a core-trait they identify with.
I love her character. Many people think she is a monster or inherently “evil”, but when you think about it she is the definition of goodness and power. Bad things only happen when that power is exploited by truly evil people. She does not mean for bad things to happen, but it is representative of how all things born from greed come with a price. Like most evil things, the one exploited is used as a scapegoat and is shut out from society by evil people so that they can cover their greed and corruption
@@engenesv1668 i think there might be limits like with how she can heal someone only if she is on physical contact with them. Plus, if the world goes, so would Killua. And Nanika DOES NOT want that.
wouldnt it be nanika tho? sorry im not trying to correct you, ive never watched the anime i just came across a sociopath pedo jester and decided he was my husband and have been binging yt clips ever since. but are alluka and nanika like, different people? or is nanika a different being or spirit inside alluka and alluka is just the little sister. so then why does killua say hes nanikas big brother? oop this is getting long sorry😶
Damn this moment was sad af, sad that it got shadowed by the Ant Chimera arc it just did two sad ending in a row man I really love the ending why did they stretch it out
@@pikapika1471 Maybe because people can identify as genders other than sex assigned at birth because people have rights to do what they want? Maybe because even if she’s a fictional character supporting trans peoples decisions are the right thing to do?
This is what I call True Innocence. She can't differentiates between wishes, she simply grant it. She doesn't understand good or evil, just like a child. She did it because someone ask it of her. But her affection for Killua is sincere that between him and someone else's wish, she will grant his first every time.
Man she is an Ai ( which mean okey in japanese , and thats what she is saying in the video ) they are one of the 5 bad creatures that existe in the dark continent , they are a gaz form that can possesse humans
I love Nanika as a character. Yeah she can be considered evil, but she genuinely loves Killua. When he told her to never come out again, she was visibly hurt, but still obeyed him because he's her Big Brother. Then I think she was happy to have made up with him.
I just noticed this. Whenever it's a wish or command made by others or Killua, the responds from Nanika are always "Ai". But when its a genuine question from Killua "So would you please come out again?" / "Will you forgive me for being a bad big brother?", the responds are "Hai" It's very adorable
@@ShivaMurary It's from the Dark Continent Expedition arc of the manga, which hasn't been animated yet. Spoilers: One of the ‘five threats’ - extremely dangerous organisms brought back from the mysterious Dark Continent by previous human expeditions - is a gaseous creature called Ai, whose victims have been found in the known world, and whose stated threat level is apparently even greater than that of the Chimera Ants. There's a fan theory that Nanika is a member of that species and is possessing Alluka.
"Will you forgive me for being a bad big brother?" "...'kay.." edit ;; Why do I have so many likes who are you people edit ;; WHY ARE YOU ALL HERE *CRIES*
Why does no one mention she is literally one of the most terrifying people in like.... Any media ever. Anything can happen just by her saying “ ‘Kay”. If she desired she could erase the universe. That’s horrifying.
BRO SAMEEE I started crying because the Nanika (demon/spirit) loves Killua just as much as Alluka does that she would do anything for him (literally) and it broke my heart to see him yell at her to go dormant again just because she uses her powers and probably doesn’t see that it’s wrong until Killua tells her.
And what if someone wishes to nanika to take the componsation of their wishes from other people so technically you could wish infinitely without having to pay the price and heck you could even wish to become omnipotent and then you could do anything 😭😭
@@averageharambelover3541 That compensation for that wish might not be affected by the wish itself. So, you COULD have been omnipotent, if Nanika didn't ask for your heart.

That moment when killua asked something not to come back again, just broke my heart. It shows how much something loves killua and willing to grant any request.
wow i habe never seen this anime or just have seen clips or aomething like that but when i saw nanika crying when killua tells her to dissapear i cried...
It's kind of a major spoiler that you know who she is already, but everyone's raving about the chimera ant arc (season 5), but overall, I think hunter x hunter is a VERY solid and consistent series. It's peak may not compare to other big names like naruto (Hate it or not, naruto vs. sasuke and kakashi vs obito are one of the best choreographed fights), but it doesn't have any bad scenes. Power system is well written, pros AND cons alike.
The last one is a clear yes (hai). Even when they meet Gon again, it's clear. This is because Kilua finally accepted her for who she was, his sister too. I have a sister with a disability, and Nanika is an allegory of that. This arc really was moving.
I believe Alluka was written more as a trans allegory but all things considered that's a pretty good takeaway too ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E7R4CGgV8qk.html
Spoiler alert for anime only’s In the manga Illumi joined the phantom troupe so in the future Chrollo could actually find out about Nanika. This is just a theory, but Illumi could use the phantom troupe to help hunt down and control Killua and Nanika.
I just noticed that with the exception of healing Gon, Killua always orders Nanika to do something instead of asking/requesting it, which goes to show that he very much knows she will do whatever he tells her since her loves and cares for her and Alluka.
Damn you know, it's even worse watching them all back-to-back when 2:04 hits, it's all the cute accumulated in my heart kinda shatters into pieces for a bit 😭
Exactly. On that note: Conservatives RIGHT-NOW are endorsed by Ben Shapiro and Fox-News to no end and supported in their blatant-effrt to target Trans-Children. The '''Masterminds'''' behind the Dungeons-and-Dragons-Scare are on-it-again, as they target Trans-People HARD. Makes ya wonder who to vote for, huh?
the amount of people saying transphobic shit about alluka should just stop watching the anime or reading the manga. i wouldnt advise you to check out togashi's other works either as he frequently features homosexual and trans characters and is a lot more open minded than people like you are. if a fictional character being trans bothers you so much i dont want to know how you treat the people in your life let alone trans people.
Absurd attention to detail: in wish granting mode Nanika says "'ai" which can be a casualization of "hai"("yes" in Japanese), but can also be a wordplay on the name of the creature Ai from the dark continent, which is believed to be what Nanika actually is (possessing Alluka's body). But when Killua asks for Nanika's forgiveness, you clearly hear the "h" pronounced because here Nanika is just Killua's sister. I can't read Japanese so idk if it's in the manga tho, but I can't help but think that after an arc about the true nature of humans and monsters, this sort of subtlety isn't unintentional.
I like how every time someone will say nanika in the show, the subtitles will translate the word to ‘something’. Probably because her name means ‘something’ in English 😖
Nanika is super cute! 🥰 It’s heartbreaking when she is telling Killua that she loves him and he is telling her to go away bc he thinks that is what’s best for Alluka. I’m happy he realized what he was doing and remedied the situation. I know she is technically a calamity that could wipe out humanity, but she really is so sweet.🥺 (Wishes for healings don’t require conditions. This implies (to me, anyway) that maybe the calamities might not be as catastrophic if they aren’t used for selfish purposes. They DO say that trips are made to The Dark Continent to find something to BENEFIT humanity, not yourself.) 🤷♀️
