release it, let it go!! as i was editing this video i realized that every aspect of what i was talking about had to do with the art of releasing and letting go. before i turned on my camera, i wasn’t planning on talking about my spiritual journey (i was just going to skip straight to my full moon ritual) but moments later i was speaking to the ways i’ve learned to release past versions of myself and let go of spiritual practices i use to believe defined my journey. being able to let go is just as important as being aware of what it is that burdens you. sometimes the process is slow but just know you have all the time in the world to figure it out.
