Yes, we were so happy to see this Barnes and Noble opening today. It was super crowded too, great that so many people were interested in books and movies.

I love Barnes and Noble! Cool looking store and location! The mall I live close to is about dead so it's nice to see this.

Yes, we love that a new Barnes and Noble opened near us. It was such a fun exciting event and everyone seemed so happy and thrilled with the store.

I’m glad you both enjoyed your trip to your new local B&N especially having braved that weather. We’re seeing similar things happening here with more of the great HMV stores popping up all over and physical media numbers expanding within them. Take care both.

Nice haul, Dave and Jessi. Tampopo is wonderful. Gonna name drop now. I met Harlan a couple of times and got drunk with Neil Gaiman in Tasmania once.

I’ve been so disappointed with the local Barnes and Nobles stores. All of them (there’s at least 3 within a half hour of me) have downsized the movies section so much.

I have to say that this one was really amazing and so happy to see it open in our area. The movie section was small but love all the books.

Me too, but I've become more selective about buying books because I'm pretty sure I have more books in my collection than I'll probably read in my lifetime (and that's not including all the ones I have on Kindle too).

@@joshua2814 I used to have many more books but now have about 150 and tend to donate to libraries to keep my inventory lower. Of course I do keep favorite books for reference or for reading again.

@@CinemaDaveMedia That’s a good policy. I have this OCD thing that I’m convinced I’ll want to read that book or read it again some day. But I have hundreds and hundreds and read an average of 2 a month.
