Exacyly... the argument that police had a grudge against him or that the alarm system data was obtained 11 days later... it's ridiculous, and it's just wasting the judicial system's time and resources. He needs to just sit in his cell and rot until it's time for the parole board to laugh in his face. Clown 🤡

Not defending Porco but, if one finds themselves (truly) wrongly accused of a serious crime, should we really expect them to know who actually committed the crime and consider them guilty if they don't? Not being able to point out an alternative suspect shouldn't be considered damning on its own if the person wasn't at the crime scene when it happened.

I think Christopher Porco needs to STFU and accept his punishment like a man. He is a monster. If his mom dies as a result of complications from the axe injury, more time should be tacked on to his prison sentence.

They got a warrant for the alarm system (who only four people knew the code to which was only family) 11 days late, so that should be thrown out? lol is he serious? I hope that's not the crux of his case. How about explaining how that was possible??? If Jonathan wasn't anywhere near the home, and Peter and Joan obviously didn't do it, that only leaves Chris as the only person who was able to disable that alarm!

That’s a preposterous theory. No evidence to back any of that up at all. Bookies and drug dealers don’t just kill your parents like that. There’s also zero evidence to support there was another foreign person inside. Someone who wants to kill your parents, or does hits carries a gun. They don’t show up and grab an ax from the victims garage. Chris is a psychopath. I think it was clear his parents were gonna cut him off. He figured the only way out was to get inheritance and kill him. Case closed. You cannot ignore or dismiss the mountain of evidence against him.

Read the evidence, and he’s not just a “normal” guy. You don’t know what he’s actually look. Psychopaths will do anything to get their way. Also The reason he went about his morning after the attack was the part of his brain for repetition was spinning. He woke up and started doing his morning routine until he finally passed out from blood loss. The crime scene itself actually wasn’t that bloody. What made it so bloody and gruesome was when Peter got up and walked around spraying blood everywhere. The crime scene itself wasn’t that bloody.

You can kind of poke holes or have a tiny bit of uncertainty with regard to most of the evidence. But the most daming evidence in my opinion was the eye witness, the neighbor who saw his jeep. Unless this neighbor was threatened or rewarded for claiming he saw Chris's car, which is farfeched and ludicrous, then that neighbor would have no reason to lie at all. His testimony absolutely nailed the coffin in this case, and any appeals or new motions would fall flat.

This has always bothered me: one of the crime shows (48 Hours?) had video showing his yellow Jeep on top of a medical building the night of the murder, where he said he went to park it b/c no one can keep their vehicle parked on campus overnight. All other crime docs showed only his Jeep getting 'caught' going thru the toll booths, which timed perfectly w/ the murder, it was said. I always thought that b/c they have video of his Jeep driving around that medical building, it doesn't make sense that he *then* drove it to his parents' house to commit murder. Pretty solid alibi, non? Anybody following this know more? Thanks, people! from Canada ~

They apparently got a DNA match of Chris on one of the toll booth tickets from the time he would have been driving through. The timeline matches perfectly despite what his defense says…time stamp 2am he puts in master code, 3.5 hours after leaving campus. 5am phone line is cut right before he left…back at campus 8:30am exactly 3.5 hours later.

He has always seemed so completely unemotional. Kind of strange.

Smh the guy whose name you were forging and was going to report it and had told you so plus found out you were failing just ends up beaten to death. Dead giveaway was the alarm was deactivated and his car being seen arriving back at the time it would take to get there and back . Straight up guilty! I think mom deep down knows it was him but had just lost her husband and didn't want to admit to herself her child could do that so denial.

Why didn't Mr. Gray ask about his brother and how he felt.

“We felt like there was just not enough evidence.” Not that he didn’t kill his father and brutally injure his mother - not that the evidence that convicted him was wrong - there just wasn’t enough of it. Also he’s not mad at the police for (wrongly in his mind) arresting him or the DA for wrongly convicting him. He says that the police were RIGHT to see him as a suspect.

The mother literally answered an officer on who the perpetrator/killer was..... Now do you believe it during a very horrific attack??? Or not? It's understandable her not remembering after her time & injuries in hospital! But I believe it does say something!!! I pray she's ok still, and the truth finds it's way back to her!!!

Christopher is a psychopath. He has never taken responsibility and has never showed an ounce of remorse. This man should never be released. He is a danger to society

Just stop! It’s not even remotely feasible that this other person did this. Even if this partner of a work colleague was homicidal, how did he get in? He luckily chose the one night Peter got up and turned off the alarm? What a lucky man. Even luckier, this angry man, intent on murder, did not bring a murder weapon. Guess he was just going to wing it, but as luck woukd have it there is an ax kept by the door. I can understand the mom not wanting to believe her son responsible, but shame on the so called friend of the victim. He never said anything when it would have helped, but now remembers there was a threat? This dishonors the victim to support the killer. And Chris is sure his mom doesn’t remember because he did it!! And if she did remember, her actions would be very different. His surety that she doesn’t know is another slip on his part, that to me shows his guilt. There are many of these and overwhelming evidence, thus the conviction. Although, yes there are cases that are questionable due to lack of evidence. This is not one.

Christopher is a Monster,, anyone who can beat they're parents to a bloody pulp is definitely a Monster.!! Then he has the nerve to hold his mother's hand on his way to court knowing he disfigured her horribly.!! Is there really a God,,?? Because why do he create Monsters like Christopher.?? This monster actually walked holding the hand of his mother like a walk in the park.!!. After he beat her in the head and face and tried to kill her,, disfigured her then walked with her holding hands to the building of JUDGMENT..!!

I find it odd when he is told his mom alive he asks “is she coherent. Could she speak”. Why would this be what he asks? Seems only reason is because he is worried what she would say. He is scary psycho if Piers believes him. He has a reason/response for everything which makes him even more scary.

Has he been given a lie detector test out of curiousity? Although Europe uses much more advanced designs of lie detector in European courts, continuously wiring witnesses & suspects up to a brain screen throughout the trial...... 10:06 - & the question of who DID do this axe murder......you would think you would be seeing a more mentally subnormal type for a murder like that.......not much motive.

The Forensic Files episode that covered this case is one of my favorites. It's definitely worth watching if you're interested in this case or have any doubts about his conviction.

His own mother named him as her assailant, there's evidence that he was there.I really can't understand why she defends him now because he dxmn near killed her too.I understand that he's her son and she loves him,but she has to love herself too and didn't she love her husband, son or not he murdered her husband and almost ended her life.
