Corporate executives are the worst they want top talent but they don't want to pay to get them trained you know how much cheaper it would be to get somebody and train them and it would stay with that company for years

They HAVE to be optimistic. You know what the truth or pessimism do to an economy or xonsumers? People would stop spending.
