I loved the combo of these 2 exercises. Is there another video doing the same but without adressing the critical inner voice ? I have a very safe and loving relationship with that voice and it's not getting triggered when I am completely by myself, so I find this very distracting. Also, I love my inner critic bc I know it just wants to protect me, so I don't want to "get rid of it" but rather communicate with it and listen and integrate.
