I felt amazing during and after the session. But the male voice is not easy to hear and I would have preferred to have a consistent way of counting to male it easier. I was more focusing on making sure I had the instructions right sometimes instead of enjoying it

Anybody else get this warmth that goes from your stomach up your spinal chord when they do this? It's hard to describe but it's one of the best sensations in the world
This was great. Except, was it just me or were the affirmations at the end obscured by all the background noise. It really pulled me out of the meditation? It was not in a good way 😢

I did not expect the ending, the cry that I had came from so deep within my soul. It hurt the most seeing that I was rejecting myself & that was the rejection that hurt the most. I forgive myself because it stemmed from my childhood & I did the best I can with what I knew, but now I know better & I’m in better hands. This breath work and meditation was beautiful Thank you❤I am speechless

I loved this - and the style of breath but that satanic song in the middle was really disturbing. I don't want to breathe that in. Should at least come with a description for those that are conscious of what frequencies they work in. I needed to clear after.

This was quite relaxing ! Thank you for the breathwork guidance and with the music which made it fun :) my therapist advice me to do the diagraphmic breathing , but i always find the ones with the controlled hyperventilation more effective, what is the scientific reason behind it and do u think its more beneficial than simple diagraphmic breathing ?
