man this is super intense for me. During the 2d pillar portion, i realized i dont think i have ever felt worthy. This breathwork is intensely healing. Last time i cried like this was when my dog passed away. Its clear i need to come back to this video more than just a couple times. Thanks again for this work you guys have done. I did not expect the ending, the cry that I had came from so deep within my soul. It hurt the most seeing that I was rejecting myself & that was the rejection that hurt the most. I forgive myself because it stemmed from my childhood & I did the best I can with what I knew, but now I know better & I’m in better hands. That was a dynamic breath journey with the varying speeds, coaching/cuing/affirmations/reflections, and the music was lovely. I appreciated you sharing your wisdom and teachings. There were a couple ads throughout, towards the end I was crying during the last meditation and a salesman like voice came on and I started uncontrollably laughing so it felt like it was part of it. Dear Harry and Amanda, have been practicing breathwork for years, this was one of the deepest sessions I have done so far. So beautiful to witness how in tune you are. Somehow you touched my heart with your love. Blessings, Michael ... P.s.: It would be amazing if you would create a) a holotrophic breathwork session and b) a Sasha Cobra Seed of Transformation breathwork session. Something like an 1h with additional 30 Minutes Integration Music. I believe you would create something that is actually transformative.

I can’t take advantage of the self love moments during the holds because I can’t relate to times I felt proud of myself or worthy of love from anyone or myself. BUT, I think with more practice, this could work. I’ve been letting go of the stress of being a 24 year old guy and feeling behind in life. But I realize everyone is on their own path in life and I have it a lot better than other people. I am appreciative of all I have in life, the positives and negatives. I do feel like life is very slowly improving. Sorry yall, I’m rambling on and on
