The Nibbi is a awesome carb when you put the right carb on... The 24mm is almost to big, the 26mm I wouldn't even consider one. The engine doesn't make enough vac/move enough cfm for the 26mm to function as it should. I have the 24mm Nibbi on my 110. If they made a smaller 22mm id put them on my 70s ATC 90 & 110s. The reason you are having to set the idle high to get it to run is because its to big for the engine.

Hi, what size Nibbi did you get? just wondered if you ever tried 28 or 30mm. I’ve seen on Amazon where the sizing chart recommends bigger than 22mm for the 125s

My Nibbi carburetor was tuned when I got it right out of the box it even had a marker line with the adjustment screws set on those lines.. anyways I didn't have to make any adjustment and it still runs great. It was brand new and purchased from Amazon the $115 set

You should try the 28mm instead of the 26mm. I have the 28mm all I had to adjust out of the box was the idle. It rips a lot harder, and starts a lot easier.

Just an FYI for next time, they make an adapter boot specifically for that set up, I had it on my SSR125 set up, also, when I first installed it, it fired on the 2nd kick, but after about 2 weeks of riding, I had to make a couple minor adjustments

Have u tried adding an air box to the bike with the nibbi carb to control the air flow? The way u described it sounds like your getting too much air at high rpm. Just a thought

So true about the Nibbi I feel like if you adjust it just a tiny bit literally just a tiny tiny tiny bit you will throw it out of whack and it'll never be the same. Now I understand why they made the lines to show you where the adjustment screw should be at. Move it away from the line it's crap won't work right ever again the only downside to the fake Mikuni is that if you adjust it too much and not be delicate to it you will ruin the threads of the adjustment screws especially the idle speed screw. But it's a cheap carburetor that cost $20 to $35 and can be replaced easily. If it was up to me I would just get the Mikuni carb and replace it when needed. The Nibbi carburetor honestly feels more heavy duty and the idle sounds way better than the Mikuni but it's so non-user friendly that it can be defective if you adjust it wrong. Just stick with mikuni's they work great and bring the acceleration that is needed to these Chinese motorcycles. The stock carbs how hard to get started hard to keep idle and worst of all acceleration sucks. The Mikuni carburetor solves all those problems and the Jets are easy to get not the pilot Jets but if you search hard you will find them because I found them. Anyways sorry not trying to blow up your video with the long comment

Will the 26 mm mikuni carburetor work on a ssr 110?

I have a ssd 125 pit bike and it runs good me and my brother have one but his is electric start and his is not working at the moment but we been trying to start it up but it just not starting. Do u have any ideas to start it?

The same issue you're having with nibbi I am too. Low end is SUPER torquey but high RPM bogs even when adjusting both jets many times. Could you specify what the red knob does? Some say its the fuel mixture and others say idle. What does the screw adjust? Is it fuel/air mixture? Or just air?

Very nice video man but I have a gpx125 and I'm running a oko flat side $160 carby and man it bogs and it was so hard to put on and but yeah just saying for your bike and for your lady go with the non knock off mikini carby they range pending on where you get them but you could have a really really good pit bike and not even know it because most people don't know that they come with knockoff Mikuni carbys and then they're like full smashing reading the hell out of them and their bikes blow up and they think it's the big box well because it's Chinese but it's actually the carby

had issues with the knockoff cause pilot jets wouldn't fit it, then swapped over to a 26mm nibbi for my built predator 224. And yes its true out, the box it wouldn't run however in its defense i was running e85 and had to make a 200 ish size jet and go up to a 52 on pilot i think. but after all was done that engine does burnouts on the tractor tires on the kart and even gets that 450 pound shitbox up to 57mph without too much hassle, aside from my band brake almost glowing when trying to stop on your bikes though i think 26mm might be a bit too small? i usually try to keep my carb size to just slightly above the valve diameter/port for good air velocity down low yet also breath well enough for higher rpm

I bought the same exact nibbi to replace my stock junk and the stock would be hard to start had alot of bog if u goosed it but I bolted kn the nibbi and it run great it had a tiny bit of bog but I spent minutes adjusting the air/fuel and aint had a problem since no jet change or issues its on a sail 150cc 4 speed buy x-pro

I had a lifan 140cc with a vm22 mikuni and the low end was good but when i would reach mid-top end, it would hesitate and not even reach halfway full speed. Not sure ab the jettings bc i threw it away but do you have any tips?

I have a chinese 125 pit bike, with a Nibbi carb. A 26mm is way too big. mine is a 22mm and it has solid throttle response on low and high end, with no bogging anywhere. you definitely do have to spend a lot of time getting it jetted and dialed in though! lol

Heads up its a fake mk carb also adjust your air fuel mix also a bigger carb you will see more improvement also its a aftermarket part they always require tuning

I mean the Nibbi looks sick, and for a dedicated racing bike it'd show it's worth. For a recreational bike the Mikuni is far better. It's just tougher and more forgiving.

The polished outlet side of the Nibbi causes fuel puddling. Use a 60grit roll to polish the outlet side and the fuel will atomize better resulting in MUCH easier tuning and power everywhere. Your welcome.

My Mikuni clone wouldn't idle. It would bog on take off. Ordered pilot jets twice still haven't got the right ones to fit. And the needle has only one spot for the clip.

Welp... that sucks. I got the nibbi carb and having problems as well. It starts it gains speed fast but in higher rpms it wants to sputter..

My nibbi blows mikuni clones away easier to tune and get going on a vader 125. If you have a grom clone it's amazing. I really think he got a lemon

Had I watched this before I bought the nibbi I would have bought something else but my bike is acting wierd it starts only with the choke on and when i turn the choke off it just bogs and shuts off and its idling really high so hopefully I could have someone tune it for me or I could watch the video you said you made about tuning it

The nibbi on my bike was fine, I don’t know how yours can run like garbage when you adjust the idle. I used the jets that came with the nibbi and it worked fine. At first I had problems with the nibbi but once I switched to bigger jets my bike worked great. When I used the knock off mikuni it would always leak for some odd reason. It’s all about how you adjust the carburetor really. Both of them are fine but you can tell the nibbi is much better built. Nice vid though 👍

Bought an ssr150 from the dealer. Haven’t got it yet . Problems have already risen with the bike… I haven’t even fucking rode it dawg.

The carb ( nibbi) is to big for the bike motor. You really need a smaller carb and I bet you will have a lot better luck. Try a 24mm not the 26mm. Most of the Chinese knock offs that are 125cc come with a 22mm carb. So a 26mm is way way big and the head on the motor is not pulling hard enough for proper fuel flow.

Thats why you dont stick a 26mm carb on a small valve head 125, the carb would work fine with my big valve head z40 cam 140 but anything under a 140 a 26mm carb is way to big for a pitbike😂
